Tried to make an order on 27th September, but despite confirmation , nothing sent with it saying "Cash on delivery", then three weeks later, a payment was taken using my Debit Card that I don't use, with the entry on my Bank Account saying "CARD PAYMENT TO PAYPAL *FACEBOOK ON 20-10-2024".
Contacted Bank Fraud Dept. and they confirmed the Card used so cancelled it and will refund the charge made, plus they found that two other payments had been refused by PayPal as they suspected they were false.
They'll be investigating further as they have the IP address which made the charge.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I knew it was fake when it said you had to pay cash on delivery.
they just want your personal information to sell on.

With reference to my recent review, this company, under the name of time to game, have taken the sum of £39.99 from my bank account overnight. I'm not sure how this has happened as I do not remember giving them any card details. This has led to considerable inconvenience on my part. I have had my debit card cancelled and they have been banned from claiming further funds. Please do not sign up for anything unfamiliar. I had thought that I would be able to spot anything untoward but obviously I was wrong. Please be careful.

Ordered two small items .went to check out ( really to see delivery charges ) and before I knew what was happening , I was told my order was placed and that it would be cash on delivery. Can only assume some type of scam to get emails , phone numbers , and addresses. Now worried what they will do with this information. Luckily never bank on line .

cheap price, put in address/phone/email, thankfully no bank details. then it said 'pay cash on delivery'. I emailed, no reply. As other reviews have said sadly my details have been sold on to someone dodgy. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!

This was the only time I didn’t read the reviews, don’t ask me why. Agree with all other reviews, clicked PayPal but the confirmation said cash on delivery. Not expecting to receive the order. Lesson learnt.

I echo pretty much everybody else's comments. I wanted to buy some facial toning lotion at a surprisingly good price but didn't place the order as I couldn't pay by PayPal. Next day, an email arrives confirming the order that I did't make but had apparently agreed to pay for on delivery. On line chat triggered a load robot generated rubbish and was a complete waste of time. They are clearly a scam outfit - steer clear!

Clearly a scam. Anything with such low prices and a mobile number as contact - FAKE.

Spend a bit more and shop at Argos or somewhere legit.

I'm another mug who let my order go through with COD! I should have read the reviews first. Checking with Companies House shows that they were 'compulsorily struck off' more than 10 years ago!

Ordered over a week ago no payment options followed up with email saying pay on the day when it gets delivered still waiting no item

Found the company via a web search. Similar to other commenters, their price came up as the cheapest and included free delivery. Returned later in August to purchase the items and followed their purchasing process. Though the types of accepted payments were shown on the site, no payment was taken. Instead 'Cash on delivery' was stated on my order confirmation email (15/08/24).

As I may not be around for delivery, I immediately emailed asking how I could pay before hand, as payment was not an option during ordering process. Followed up my previous e-mail as I had received no response (20/08/24).

After my calls went straight through to voicemail, I filled in their contact form (late Aug)...and still no response.

Unhappy they have my data for no reason. However, after reading these comments, at least they did not receive my money. It's a real pity but lesson learnt.

Scam. Data harvesting site. I got caught out. They look legit appearing in Google search. Their prices - no postage - are literally too good to be true!

Googled WORX strimmers as the one I’ve got broke and lo and behold this company came up with the lowest price, great I thought it then became the same old story, COD only option?, then no confirmation emails, no replies to emails, phone number goes to vodaphone answering service. Very clever scam not sure what they’re getting apart from all my details, email, address and phone number to sell on probably

Ordered something and accidentally went through with Cash upon Delivery. Thought ok, that can work. When I received an email I realise I input the wrong address so I tried to email them about it, hoping they don’t attempt to deliver my Cod to some other poor soul. No answer, phone goes straight to voicemail. After reading the reviews gladly I realise the person under the address I accidentally input won’t have to be paying for anything, as it won’t be getting delivered.

Like every other comment on here, this is obviously a scam. I placed a order for some face cleanser because it was extremely cheap. Went to checkout and was surprised to see that it was free delivery, as the order was only just over £4. Then I waited to pay and was shocked to see it was COD, which I thought was very strange. Needless to say my order never arrived, I sent a couple of emails but had no reply, I called the number on the website but went to voicemail, so left a message, again no reply. I've accepted that I won't be getting my order, but thankfully no money was paid or card details given, only name, address etc. They are 100% scammers, but what are they gaining from this? Shame I didn't read these reviews beforehand. Avoid like the plague!

KLEINFELD THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ADVERTISE WITH GOOGLE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS PEOPLE ARE BEING ROBBED BY THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM, SOMETHING SERIOUSLY SHOULD BE DONE.

Unfortunately, I got caught out here. It’s a scam - so they have my address and number and of course no products sent ( who uses cash on delivery !!) you don’t have an option to use a safer method of payment.
And guess what… I’m being plagued by telephone scammers daily so clearly my details have been sold off.
ICO and Goggle should be taking action on this

Was going to order but thought website and prices too good to be true, so thought I would ring contact telephone number it goes straight to voicemail ie Vodafone, when you try to subscribe to newsletter it gives you an error.
So then OK thought I'd check review etc so glad I didn't place an order and was so tempted as very cheap DECLEOR product. Why do they allow website like this to continue trading?
