I bought a wetsuit O'Neill Blueprint…
I bought a wetsuit O'Neill Blueprint Windfreak 5/4 CZ Wetsuit 2024 at a discount from the company website, I received a confirmation and they took the money. On the next day, they informed me that they "do not have the windfreak available any more" but at the same time I can see they selling same wetsuit on the normal price. Аlso they continue to lie to me that this is an old model and that they no longer have one (2024 is not an old model) - but they sell the same one at a normal price! and they didn't even offer me a similar one. Very unprofessional and misleading! Don't rely too much on what you buy at a discount!

The wetsuit you selected was indeed a discontinued colourway. While we initially confirmed your order and processed the payment, we discovered the stock discrepancy the next day. The wetsuits available at the normal price are in a different colourway, which may have contributed to the confusion.

Bought quite a lot of product from them in the past. However they do not answer emails about product weights or spec anymore. Therefore I went to Worthing Watersports where they look into weights for you or weigh the board if they have.
Edit: no replies to emails about board weights and they were not displayed and hence went elsewhere. Do not leave it until someone writes a review to respond. Emails were from a seperate address and asked at least twice about two different products and no response.

5 Star Team at KOW
The team at KOW were super friendly and prompt in answering my queries. I was visiting UK from Singapore and had queries on buying a Wingfoil board and board bag, and had concerns on the sizing and fit. They answered my questions patiently. I also made an order and requested the order to be delivered when I was in the UK, which they helped to arrange. When I was in the UK, the order was dispatched and delivered within a day, with order updated along the way. Item arrived in well packed condition. Overall, a super pleasant experience and I would recommend them for your watersports need!

UPS makes you pay the country taxes and on top fees that are as much as the taxes (feels like I am paying twice the country taxes)
