Sold me a kite which they didn't have and ultimately cost me money.
I ordered a Cabrinha Switchblade 12m from this company. Payment was taken and order confirmation was sent me. I later then received an email saying that they had an error on the website and are unable to get stock of the 12m Switchblade. As I specifically needed a size 12 order had to be cancelled. When refunding the money I suddenly lost 50 pounds. I made them aware that there mistake had actually cost me money hoping to come to some form of resolution. They did not even have the decency to acknowledge my email. Be very careful when ordering from this company as they are quick to take your money but don't care when they make mistakes which cost you money.

I absolutely love my new copycat bindings. I was sent the wrong size initially, but when I called up they were really nice and had the correct size couriered over and collected the others pretty much the next day. Super friendly staff.
