Placed order. They sent message that they were not able to honor order and credited me. 2 months later still waiting for credit. Had to get banks involved and got credit from my bank. Awful service.

Paid for flowers and my friend never received. They cancelled my order because no one could send them. Kept saying refund was coming. Never received! Poor service,fraud!!! Why cant someone do something with this scammer? Quit the ads! Please dont order anything from this person. Big time scammer!

This florist has the worst customer service. I had order a floral arrangement for my aunt and the next day it was canceled and they stated that I would get my refund with 10 days. I gave them 10 days and no refund. So i reached out to them and they said that they would look into it. A week later no refund back into my account. I reached out again and again they said they would get it resolved asap but i need to be patience. That was almost 3weeks and still no refund. I gave them another week to see if I would get my refund still no refund. 3 days from a month that my order was cancelled i still haven’t received my refund so I reached out to my credit card company and file and dispute. If I could give them a ZERO cause that’s what kind of florist this place is. Never purchase anything from them!!

As with all of the other reviews listed here, I ordered flowers on 29 April 2026. I received an email shortly thereafter saying my order could not be fulfilled by the local florist, and my order had been cancelled and successfully refunded. I have been contacting them ever since (2 months) for a refund. Today's response was as if I was contacting them for the first time. Customer service manager "Faye Ligia". COMPLETE SCAM

I purchased flowers for my aunts funeral. They canceled my order and I still have not received my refund. Do not use them.

If I can put zero star I will do it. This is a big scam! after placing your order the following day they will cancel your order and promised you for a refund. I keep on calling them and keep on giving me the same excuses!

I placed an order for Mother's day flowers. I received an email shortly after saying my order was canceled due to flowers being unavailable. Six weeks later they have STILL not refunded the charge of $131.14!

This company is a total scam. Like the other people commenting, I too was told they couldn't deliver and promised a refund. It's been three months and no refund. I've reported to my bank who are in the process of fighting this company. The sad part is that their website is still up and their company is one of the names that comes up as a company that will provide the service in my area. Other people have been scammed since me. How do we stop these people?

I believe this is a scam website.

I placed an order for a gift delivery and paid $140 via debit card. Two hours later, I received two emails; the first said my order had been cancelled, and the second said a refund had been issued to my debit card. The second email warned that it could take 5-10 business days for my bank to reflect the refund.

Six days later, the debit charge appeared at my bank. Since then, I've traded several emails with the website, and they always say the same thing: they are "working to resolve" the issue.

The refund still hasn't appeared.

This company is a big scam. You order flowers and pay for them and then they send you an email saying they can't fulfill the order, and they will refund your order. They never pay you back. I called 3 times and they promised each time to refund the money, and then never do.

Scammers- avoid. They take your money then send email saying they can’t deliver but money is refunded- lies- no refund comes! I reported them to consumer body .

SCAM!!!! I ordered flowers for a funeral. The same day I got an email saying they could not deliver. They took my money stating I would get a refund. I still haven't seen it and it's been 10 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Bad bad bad…i am a florist of 45 years and used them to order a very important funeral arrangent. It got cancelled and they emailed me a notification that went to my junk folder. No one ever contacted me by phone to send something else or use another florist. Just said sorry it’s cancelled and you will receive a refund. Had to call to complain to get the refund. You should never cancel a funeral arrangement. Never never never. Would not recommend if they cannot find a florist to do the job.

Ordered flowers for a birthday and they were not delivered on the day promised and I was not notified. I had to call and ask why they weren’t delivered and was told they couldn’t fulfill the order. I never received notification from the florist. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “COMPANY”. SCAM!!!!
Attempted to order Mother’s Day flowers and the will “accept” any delivery addresses, take your money, cancel without notification or refunding, lie over the phone to say they did refund you, and once I called them out THE NEXT DAY, they changed their store name from Kiky flowers to Kiky Florist, changed their customer service email from customerservice@kikyflowers to help@kikyflorist, changed their phone number too, and hours of operation. I’ve been trying to report them to the ftc and bbb. DON’T buy from them they are not real.

SCAM SITE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This is a website pretending to be a florist. They charge your credit card, take your money and then cancel your order with a lame excuse. No flowers delivered, and my money has not been returned. I found them on a Google search and should have checked for reviews - which there are mysteriously none - because they are a fly-by-night sham set-up that changes their domain name constantly.
