Fraudulent company! I reported them to better business bureau. They charged me $9.99 for express shipping when o declined that option. I called several times to cancel the charge and they gave me the run around and then blocked me from calling when I asked to speak to a manager. Please don’t buy or give your account information to this fraudsters.

Legit fraudsters. Took 8 weeks to get my order but had at least four unauthorized charges to dispute. This site is a scam site

Ordered a CPAP aide for $13.95 from an online advertisement .Company My Game Tables charged an additional $9.99 for priority and faster shipping. I did not order this.I called My Game Tables and after hours trying to contact them I received a notice that the $9.99 was to be refunded.The next day I noticed that another company Nuviasport charged me $9.99 again without my permission. Zapostore also confirmed my purchased. I looked up Zapostore and read some very bad reviews.Sure enough a week later my credit card company advised of an additional $39.99 charge. Just like other complaints. Had to get a new CC.SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

Bough a single item online and it was delivered and billed through Zappostore. Weeks later a $39.99 charge was charged to my debit card from Zappostore, contacted them and was told I would get the refund. Weeks later contacted them a 2nd time and was told I would get a confirming e-mail and refund withing 48 hours. Again, never did. Cancelled debit card and weeks later on 6/13/2026 an additional charge for $39.99 from Zapostore was attempted and declined through my bank. BUYER BEWARE if Zapostore gets a hold of your debit or credit card info!

I keep getting charged $39.99 out of nowhere for no reason. I have flagged this charge as spam on my credit card but it keeps trying to charge my cart. No idea what its for in the first place.

I placed a order on 4/11/2026 through Bello.com. Purchase price $96.00. Zapostore attempted to charge an additional $69.00 for a item I never agreeded to. My bank declined the second item and fortunately cut-off my Debit card and issued me a new one. The original $96.00 item has never arrived even though Bello claimed it had been ship. Totally fraudulent company! You'll be sorry!!

Purchased a raincoat and returned it, but never received my refund despite trying to call ( no answer) and sending numerous emails with tracking info. Seller uses name Belroshop. Buyers beware!

I ordered an item from Klyvera for $7.99 on April 23, 2026. They originally charged me $17.98 ($9.99 for packaging) which they reversed the $9.99. I never received the item even though they said it had shipped. There was a fraudulent charge for $39.99 on May 12, 2026 on my bank account for something I did not order. I called (929) 348-2690 to have the charges reversed which is the phone number my bank gave me that was associated with the charge.

Avoid this company at all costs it takes longer to send your item they charge you an extra 9.99 the item arrives it smells of chemicals and is cheaply made . I call the company a few times to return and experience the worst customer service. They hang up on you and are rude . The last person called me a B**** . I had enough called my bank and made a complaint.

This is complete fraud. Run while you can. Multiple fraudulent charges on credit card.

This is a scam. There are several different companies involved: torinshop.com, jomhome.com, zapostore.com, rovadeals.com. I purchased one pair of shoes and they sent me 3, charging me for all 3 of them. Very bad customer service and scammed me out of money.

Promised 2-day delivery, product took 3 weeks. They tried to take another payment from my card, which Chase blocked as fraudulent (which it was), and replaced my card. ZAPOSTORE IS SCAMOSTORE. Do not buy from them, they will rip you off

We purchased a winged bird garden sculpture for $39.99 that was of very poor quality from My Game Table website. Unfortunately, they contracted out the order to Zapostore.com. We asked for a refund but they were slow to process it and disconnected our call when asked about it. We contacted our credit card bank and during the claim process Zapostore attempted to charge $44.99 to our credit card. The bank had been alerted so the charge was denied. Thankfully Zapostore credited our account for both charges but beware of them.
