If you are from Canada beware. They ship from Los Angeles warehouse and therefore you are subject to duties and brokerage. I have ordered many times and this last time, eventhough my order was not bigger than normal, I was slapped with a brokerage fee of 20% of the product. Customer service was completely unhelpful, they said nothing had changed in their process, but clearly it had. Love the sunscreen but won't likely be ordering in future if they can't get their distribution sorted, or include duty in their cost like so many other companies do

Not a bad product but major drawbacks. I used the tanning milk once on my whole body, and on my legs, arms and chest it actually gave a really good brown glow. However, close up it looks quite streaky. I didn't use a mit or gloves because I wanted to see how well it would work as a easy to apply gradual tan. This was a big mistake. My feet and arms, even after applying evenly, had really bad stains and marks which I've never seen before using a gradual tan. I guess a benefit is it does last ages, but these streaky marks took years to come off even after scrubbing. Would I recommend this product, yes, if you're treating it like a tanning moose, and no if you're treating it like easy to apply gradual tan. I had high hopes for this from seeing its promotion on tiktok and Instagram, but sadly it's just not worth the money. Dove gradual tan was better than this.

Very disappointing experience with this self-tanning gel.

The product is advertised as “non-transferable”, which for any reasonable consumer means that it should not stain clothes, sheets or fabrics during normal use. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all.

After applying the product exactly as instructed, I woke up to find marks on my bedding. When I contacted customer service, I was told that body heat, sweating and the development process can cause staining during the first few hours.

In other words, the product can transfer during normal use conditions, despite being marketed as non-transferable.

What makes this even more disappointing is that, despite the product not performing as advertised, my request for a refund was refused.

If this possibility had been clearly disclosed before purchase, I would have chosen a different product. Advertising a product as “non-transferable” while later explaining why it can still stain fabrics feels misleading and, as a consumer, it left me feeling deceived.

Very disappointed both with the product and with the way my complaint was handled.

Terrible product ! It came out looking so so orange and patchy, i didnt want to leave my house this morning. I’ve scrubbed 3 times and am trying to remove orange areas with a raser blade. I litteraly look like a giraffe. I’ve used several tanning foams and creams before, some better then others but nothing came out like this. Please don’t waste your money on this

dreadful product, both of my hands and entire body came out bright orange! i was very itchy and came up in a rash as well.
I have tried to email Bali body and I have sent three complaint emails and no one has responded to them, I have lodged a formal complaint to trading standards and externally lodged a formal complaint but as the company is based in Australia, I now have to look at international laws, absolute scam do not use

Worst experience ever !!!
Its been almost a month haven't received my order they refused to pay taxes of my shipment as the shipment is returned to them and they didn't apologies or inform me of any of that nor refund me !!!!! and they're not answering my emails!!!!!

Delivery was fast and I orders the clear tanning gel while it seemed perfect for me ! Meanwhile I’m left with patchy orange spots, streaky, white spots in between and it won’t even stay on my skin!! Total waste of money. Also left with orange sheets😡

Should have read all of these reviews first. Very orange and not the least bit attractive. Waste of money.

DO NOT BUY. This was the most ORANGE product I have ever tried. It also got ALL OVER my bedsheets so it is NOT as advertised and in fact does transfer. When you request a refund the company wants photographic evidence of it being orange and of the transfer. This is complete bs. This is what they wrote back to me "Regarding transfer, while the Clear Self Tanning Gel is designed to be transfer-resistant, factors such as perspiration, friction, applying too much product, or coming into contact with bedding before the tan has fully developed can sometimes contribute to transfer." Am I supposed to not sweat and never move while sleeping? I did not use too much product and I also waited hours before going to bed.

This company is a perfect example of how social media hype can completely misrepresent a product. The glowing Instagram marketing bears no resemblance to the reality. The product is ineffective, overpriced, and simply does not deliver on its promises.

I have been using tanning products for more than 20 years and can honestly say this is the worst one I have ever purchased. Not only was it a complete waste of money, but the experience that followed was even worse.

What truly sets this company apart—in the worst possible way—is its customer service. When customers raise legitimate concerns, they are not met with understanding or a willingness to help. Instead, complaints are dismissed, and customers are made to feel as though they are the problem.

A good company stands behind its products. This company hides behind marketing and treats criticism as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to improve.

Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and wasted money. There are countless better products on the market from companies that actually value their customers.

Without question one of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made.

This brand seems to be riding on Instagram hype, but in my experience, it is nowhere near worth the attention it gets. The marketing creates expectations that the product simply does not deliver, and the customer service is among the most unfriendly and dismissive I have ever encountered.

I have been using tanning products for over 20 years, and this is by far the worst one I have ever tried. Save your money and look elsewhere. What makes the experience even worse is that when you raise concerns, the company shows little interest in resolving the issue. Instead of helping customers, they seem more focused on arguing with them.

A terrible experience. I do not recommend it.
This review is not about the product because, unfortunately, it never even made it to my house. The delivery driver came to drop it off, I wasn't home, and I couldn't collect it. They didn't notify me about how to reschedule another time or if I could change it to a locker or a pickup point. Nothing. They tried again a week later at the exact same time, and I wasn't home again because, once more, nobody warned me in advance that it would arrive that day. So my package never arrived.

I called customer service to find out where my package was, to see if I could pick it up somewhere myself, change the delivery address, or choose a pickup point. I was even willing to go pick it up wherever it was, but I couldn't even get in touch with anyone. Unfortunately, my package is now on its way back to the warehouse it came from without me ever even laying eyes on it. On top of that, the tracking page is in Dutch, and obviously, I don't understand it, nor do I know how to change the information there to redirect my package so it could actually reach me.

Honestly, a very, very unpleasant experience. The product is way too expensive to be dealing with this delivery joke for over a month, only to finally see that it's heading back to the warehouse. Sincerely, I will never buy anything from a place like this again.

Ordered on Thursday last week and still don’t have my order!
And I don’t need a bunch of excuses either as to why and all the blablabla.
Won’t order again!!!

Wanted a sunkissed glow, got a satsuma cosplay instead. Applied exactly as instructed and somehow still ended up looking like I’d been basted for Christmas. Clung to every dry patch, turned my hands orange, and developed unevenly despite prep beforehand.

For a “gradual” tan, the regret developed incredibly fast.

Would not repurchase.

" The Clear Tanning Gel" This product is absolutely horrendous and on top of that it won't even come off, it left me streaky and ORANGE everywhere. I put it straight in the bin and I only just bought it yesterday. Would not recommend. It's terrible and also has high alcohol and perfume content which takes away the skin loving ingredients

I use the Clear 1hr Express Tan and I absolutely love it! The drama is that they use some random courier (Couriers Please??) and it always takes weeks to get to QLD!! I order a lot of stuff online from Victoria and this is BY FAR the slowest courier service out of there. Latest order was dispatched 26th of last month and now over 2 weeks later I have received ANOTHER “Item Delayed” notification…never thought I’d miss Australia Post!

Shocking product patchy streaky uneven do not buy .

Sent me a faulty product and have since ignored my emails. Will be buying from Look Fantastic from now on.
