The app is very glitchy, often lagging, not showing results when searched, and struggling to load. The service itself is great but the app often prevents me from using it as it's so annoying and not very user friendly.

The cinema voucher codes didn't work when I went to use them and instead was charged again and now I am stuck with voucher that I have paid for that won't be refunded.

Kids Pass is such good value for money
Kids Pass is such good value for money, you can buy cheaper entry tickets to lots of theme parks and other places to go. There are even tickets you can buy that are not available anywhere else.

Brilliant for school holidays
This is brilliant for everyone,but as a parent it's particularly brilliant for the summer holidays!
I use kids pass all year round but I do use it a lot more during summer
We went to see the new paw patrol film yesterday and we saved so much money on tickets...allowing us to get cinema snacks. Which are also discounted too!!
Tickets come through instantly so it's great for those last minute plans too!
