The advertised discounts feel very misleading. I was shown savings of “up to 47%” when purchasing tickets, but when I compared the prices with those offered directly by the original retailer, they were essentially the same.

In my experience, the advertised percentage savings did not reflect a genuine discount compared with booking directly. I would strongly recommend checking the original retailer’s price before purchasing.

Easy to use the site and also very easy to apply your discount onto the chosen location such as cinema for example. I love this and think this is such a great app. Saves so much money expecially for me with multiple children too. I love how easy it all is.

Booked for myself and my grandson to go to Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Saved over £15 on the booking using Kids Pass, very happy!

You have to book the day before, then go on the official website and book tickets copying the code sent by email and it takes off the ticket price.

Can’t manage my account or cancel my pass. Advertisement for Blackpool zoo signed up and clicked the link to see it’s expired now….

Saving money is always a bonus. Allowed me to take my family to the zoo and have money for other things.

The app is very glitchy, often lagging, not showing results when searched, and struggling to load. The service itself is great but the app often prevents me from using it as it's so annoying and not very user friendly.

The discount meant I could afford to take my grandchildren to the cinema

The cinema voucher codes didn't work when I went to use them and instead was charged again and now I am stuck with voucher that I have paid for that won't be refunded.
