Kickers Arvostelua 

This purchase was a scam. I have emailed Kickers about the fact that someone used my credit card to purchase trainers in my name but delivered to another address. I have logged this with Report Fraud but I am unclear how they circumvented the usual controls you see regarding online purchases. I even have the delivery address but the individual appears so confident in what they have done that they do not seem bothered that the order details went to my email address.

Nice looking shoes! The first day I wore them, I got multiple compliments.

What I disliked is the fact that I chose the size of the shoes, what I ordered and when I went to the checkout in my basket there was two of the same shoes ordered. I had to delete one but I believe the one I deleted was probably the one I needed the right size.
When I woke up the next morning checked my email. I realised it was a size 3 but I needed a size 8 for my daughter and it should have been easy to make a phone call and get that change before they send it out for delivery because it was early in the morning.

They offered a discount code but did not say it didn't apply to sale items. I was very disappointed I believe they should have stated that the discount code did not apply to sale items before my order I found out at checkout I had to phone them and was then told.

My child loves these shoes for school.
We measured feet as per instructions on website and ordered the size recommended.
