Still waiting for a refund
Kickers received my return on the 24th of August but I'm still waiting for a refund. I keep getting emails asking me to review my experience but you'd think they'd wait until they'd processed the refund to ask really. Pretty disappointing for such a large company to keep me waiting so long for a refund. It's now the 2nd of September and I've had no communication since they acknowledged receipt of my return on the 24th.

Sent items back within 30 minutes of them being delivered due to being unsuitable on the 18th August. Still waiting for a refund. First email states they'll be processed within 14 days, you then get another email saying they'll refund payment but it will take another 10 days. Meanwhile my money is sat in their account and kickers aren't cheap. Will not be buying from kickers online again.
