I was sent the wrong shoes in my order which cost £4.99 shipping fee and had to repay shipping fee when ordering the right pair which I feel is unfair as the totally wrong style and material of shoes sent was a mistake on your part.

DPD have said that they have tried to deliver my shoes twice however I was in both times. Now Iv requested to have the picked up from a drop off point to be delayed until Tuesday. My son needs them for School. Really annoyed with this at the moment.

I have not received order

My son had these as school shoes last year, they were fabulous ( in fact I've commandeered them now as there's plenty of wear left in them!) He wanted more this year, which was proving tricky on the high street, so I thought I'd come directly to you. They were on sale, you had his size, and the rest was easy. Delivered on time, they fit perfectly and he loves them. Winner!

Bought these for Grandson as he goes up to secondary school. They were delivered to his home so I've not seen but I understand the fit is good and mum is happy too. Hope they help him put his best foot forward. Delivery time was very good and I was kept updated.
