Unfortunately the reviews for this company were not available when I first ordered their supposed nutrition drinks. First of all there are horrible ingredients in there like sucralose, and when tried to return them wasn't able to. Then out of the blue 6 months later after my subscription was canceled they charged me for over $200 for more of the same crappy greens drink and gummies. They have been reported to my bank as fraudulent.

This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER KIALA GREENS NUTRITION!!! You will be sorry 😔 I made one one-time order from them for $37. They put me in a subscription that I immediately cancelled. Then 30 days later, they stole $219.90 from my account. They don’t respond to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers.

If there was a 0 I would give it! The company is price gouging and adding onto your subscription without notice. On their website it says $40 a tub but when I got my second cycle they charged me $120! Then added an $80 bottle of their gummies. I am so upset. And now some other reviews I see they don't even reply.

I ordered this last month. They put me in as a subscription. I cancelled that right away. I even got a confirmation it was cancelled. This morning I see a $237.50 charge to my card. I told them it was cancelled and I never ordered it. They didn't care. My card is now cancelled again thanks to them. Do Not Order Anything from them.

I want to share my experience so others can avoid the frustration I’m dealing with. I ordered the Kiala Greens during a buy‑one‑get‑one promotion, which included a free sample pack of their Super Greens gummies. The Kiala greens (powder) were part of a subscription, but the gummies were clearly presented as a gift with no obligation.

Weeks later, I logged into my account to cancel the greens subscription and discovered that the company had added a full‑price gummy subscription to my upcoming shipment—something I never agreed to. I cancelled both items through the self‑service portal.

About a week or so later, I received a credit card alert that a new order had been processed. The product had not shipped yet, so I contacted the company immediately. By Monday, they shipped the order anyway and told me they could not help because they “do not accept returns,” even though the subscription had already been cancelled.

The automatic enrollment in a $79.95/month gummy subscription based on a free sample—without disclosure or consent—is extremely concerning. My total charge was $228.24, and I’ve had to contact my financial institution for help.

In my opinion, this is not an ethical business practice, and customers should be aware of how this company handles subscriptions and cancellations.

I rate this as -10! It is a horrible tasting product and when you order it, the refund policy states that if you are not satisfied or want to return it, you will get your money back. THIS IS NOT SO, THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE. LOOK AT BBB COMPLAINTS! RUN FAST AND FAR FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY.

I made a one time purchase, and now I have been charged for a subscription. One was item that I ordered the first time and the other was not. I have reached out by email several times ,because of course there is not a contact number. They stated that I signed up for a subscription, which I need not and every time you email customer service you get a email back with the same response. It's funny how they don't offer refunds or returns, because they know they are charging people that truly didn't subscribe to the product in the first place.

I canceled my subscription months ago and they still keep sending me and charging me for the product!! I’ve gone into the website and cancelled again and contacted them via email requesting that they do not send the product or charge my credit card and they did anyways!! Worst experience ever with this company!

Don’t buy this because they will keep sending it to you even if you cancel your subscription. I’ve cancelled my subscription 2 times and someone in cancels it at my next delivery time and sends the order and charges my card. I’ve emailed and emailed and they just tell me that my subscription was not cancelled even though I have emails from them saying my subscription was cancelled.

If I could rate zero I would as I canceled months ago in January and had to pay for the last order in January. All the sudden June 6 i get notification that my order is on the way and I’m subscribed for an order in July. I have to cancel my credit card because of their fraudulent charges.

If I could rate negative stars I would definitely give them negative stars. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! This company is a total scam. First they did not ship the initial order but charged my card. Than a month later I was charged for a subscription which I did not realize I had signed up for. The subscription cost was over $200 for 2 canisters of the nasty drink mix which tastes awful. I went online to cancel and the website stated I had no orders so they make it impossible to cancel. I ended up having to shut down my credit card. I had to email them 4 times to get a response. When I asked to return the items, the company stated all products are a final sale. If that is their attitude then tell me that they stand behind their products!!! Obviously they don't. This company is a total scam. The original product order still has not shipped and still no refund. I wish I had looked further into this company on here before ordering anything. BUYER BEWARE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased this product last month and it was delivered to the wrong address. I’ve sent them numerous emails asking for a refund or to resend the product and they’re telling me to take it up with the delivery company. Reading other reviews I heard this product is disgusting anyways. I would not recommend them!

I ordered one shipment of this. One. If it said with my one purchase I'd be signing up for auto-shipments, I would not have ordered. I had 45 days to try it out and they are shipping me $199 worth of product as a second shipment before my trial period is even over. It says on my email there is a portal to cancel but I see no way to do so. I sent them a message to cancel this huge order but that's the only way to contact them. I'll be blocking my card I guess if I don't hear back. Stear clear. I can't even comment on if it works because I haven't tried it yet--and I'm already $300 in.

Kiala Greens is a scam. They ran a TikTok contest and promised a prize for all participants and a $5000 prize for 20 people. Kiala never awarded a single prize to anyone. People put forth the effort and Kiala scammed them. They are also scamming consumers with their product. Nowhere do they show any nutritional info like how much Vit C it has. Get your greens anywhere but from Kiala!

Better make sure you like the flavor you order cuz their customer service will do NOTHING for you. I will be commenting on every video on tik tok as well. 🤢 I highly recommend the brand BLOOM! So much better and they actually care about their customers loyalty and not a one and done sale ☝🏼

DO NOT SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT DOESNT SUPPORT YOU. They just want a sale. They don’t care about keeping the customers long term. And that clearly shows through their customer “service”

J' ai envoyé un colis en France, celui-ci vient de m'être déclaré perdu et enquête terminée. Comment peut-on perdre un colis avec un suivi par scanner?Très mauvaise communication avec Kiala. IMPOSSIBLE D' AVOIR QUELQU'UN AU TÉLÉPHONE. ATTENTION A CEUX QUI CROIENT QUE KIALA EST MOINS CHER.
C'EST FAUX ET SURTOUT SI VOUS FAITES ASSURER VOTRE COLIS. LA POST EST MOINS CHÈRE ET PLUS RAPIDE.
Je suis très très triste parce que je suis certain que Kiala ne fera rien pour m' indemniser et retrouver mon colis. Pour eux , vous n' etes rien. ATTENTION, COMME LE PROBLEME N' EST PAS IMPORTANT POUR EUX , LES VOLS CONTINUERONS SANS INQUIETUDE.C' est la dernière fois que j' utilisé Kiala

J'ai envoyé un colis à l'étranger le 10 mai, depuis le 15 mai, plus aucune nouvelle sur le suivi.
J'ai téléphoné à leur service client au 080080121. J'ai laissé tourner le téléphone 50 minutes avec la phrase qui répétait " un de nos collaborateurs va vous répondre dans quelques instants" !!! Puis j'ai abandonné.
J'avais envoyé un mail. Ils ont répondu à mon mail 2 jours après. Le colis était bien arrivé. Le responsable du point d'accès avait oublié de scanner le colis à son arrivée. Il faudrait juste améliorer le suivi par plus de scan que l'on puisse savoir où se trouve le colis sur les longs trajets.
