Excellent Garden Furniture
I have bought several sets of garden furniture from Kettler and I am really pleased with the excellent quality and durability of the furniture and accessories. They are very stylish and really comfortable
I have also experienced great customer service when I have contacted them about any small issues and they have always provided spares and replacements free of charge and with no quibble, which I think makes them a company of very high integrity. I would highly recommend Kettler to everyone.

Kat was a delight to deal with she was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind & genuine. She was able to order me the table that I wanted although this took some work her end due to having to locate appropriate stock. I ordered some items form Kettler GB and all at once I realised I had made a mistake once the delivery had been done. I contacted their Sales Department via email as it was late on Friday, and this morning I received a reply giving me a straight forward answer on what to do to return the items. Customer Service staff, Kat in particular, will go out of their way to help you; nothing is too much trouble.
I had ordered an incorrect part but was offered a refund straight away. The other item I was missing was out of stock, but Kat arranged to have one signed up for me and I will get a notification and invoice as soon as it comes in!

Kat Woods, customer service department exceeded my expectations in responding my enquiry. While looking to buy a garden furniture set I had difficulties in finding the correct set on the Kettler website. She remained patient in answering my query and eventually emailed me a link to the website. She then followed up with an email explaining the colour choice. This helped me decide to buy, in addition she suggested I order after Easter weekend to avoid a very busy period.
I would happily recommend this company if all the support staff are as helpful as Kat Woods

A manufacturing fault became apparent…
A manufacturing fault became apparent on our Kettler garden chairs. Having spoken to the supplier, Hayes Garden Centre in Ambleside, we then contacted Kettler.
The gentleman to whom we spoke was an absolute delight to work with and he very quickly made all necessary arrangements for replacement of the faulty chairs.
