UK customer service is every bit as good as the Kettler products. I cocked up a delivery address when I ordered and feared the worst. Fortunately the Kettler order confirmation provides a real time email to get in contact with (non of the often seen “do not reply to this email”) and Donna did the rest. Exceptional customer service.
I had a problem with an adjustable leg, out of warranty, and Lea was brilliant and sorted my problem straightaway.
This is the second time I have used Kettler customer service and, once again, they were exceptional.
We’ve since ordered more furniture and a parasol.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service from Kettler. I accidentally broke a small outdoor glass table top. I emailed Kettler to see if I could replace it. They don’t usually sell replacement table tops but when I sent some photos in for them to give me exact measurements to get a replacement locally, they said they did have one that would fit and I could order it. The price was fab too as I had priced up alternatives. Donna was brilliant. Well done Kettler.

Superb after sales service from Kettler, having purchased a wall mounted parasol a couple of years ago but had not fitted it until recently only to find out it contained the wrong cover, this was no problem for Kettler who had no issues or problems sending the correct cover out, Neil Wilkes was very helpful indeed.
