Exceptional Customer Service
I mislaid the plastic suction pieces that hold the glass in place on my Kettler table.
I emailed customer services and within 24 hours Kat Woods had replied and posted out. Fantastic service and quality garden furniture at an affordable price. Love their furniture.

Fantastic post-sales aftercare
I purchased a 6 person garden table and chairs set 3 years ago. We had some issues with the chairs, and Kettler were brilliant offering to replace them all under the warranty. We also had an issue with the table right at the end of the warrenty period and Kettler offered to replace this too. Not cheap products, but good quality items and even better after-sales service. The products were sold with a 3 year warranty and fair dues to Kettler as they age very true to their word. I would recommend this brand to others and would buy again when the day comes!

Great Furniture and excellent customer service when needed
We recently had a Sento table and 2 chairs delivered which we bought at a local garden centre.
The table is a good sturdy unit which can be converted from a square to rectangular with ease.
The chairs are also a good solid product and comfortable.
While removing the packaging from one of the chairs I managed to damage the seat fabric. I contacted Kettler to see if I could purchase a new seat fabric. They were very positive with helping out and offered to supply us with a new piece so that we could use the table and chairs as designed.
The new item was delivered within a week and we now have a garden dining set for the coming summer.
We would like to thank Kettler for their swift and positive response. It was a very generous gesture and we are so grateful.

Kat from Customer services was absolutely amazing when I reported that I had not received all of the items of Kettler furniture from John Lewis that I had ordered.
John Lewis told me the furniture had been delivered as a complete set and they would need 10 days or so to investigate. I called Kettler on the off chance that they could help locate the missing furniture and Kat immediately re-ordered the sofa and missing chairs for me and said she would resolve the matter internally to establish what had gone wrong with the missing items from the original delivery.
I am so, so grateful for this approach that meant I had a full set of garden furniture in time for my visitors and not just a coffee table and Kat took all of the stress from my shoulders regarding what had gone wrong.
It feels increasingly rare in the UK to receive this kind of personal and respectful customer service that did not doubt my word that I had not received the full order initially.
Thank you Kettler and thank you Kat - I wish you well in your career as you deserve great things ahead! (I am still waiting to hear back from John Lewis...).

I contacted Kettler with a fairly vague description of what I needed - a new cover for my parasol, model unknown. I got a reply the next day from Kat who had worked out the model of my parasol and let me know that some covers were on order to be delivered in the next 8 weeks. She pre ordered one for me.

Kettler Customer Services
Very impressed today by Luke in Kettler’s Customer Services Team. He listened patiently to my problem which was non-delivery of Kettler products ordered from John Lewis, checked all details and proposed an acceptable solution to deliver the products as soon as possible. I will therefore soon be a completely satisfied customer of kettler.co.uk. but not John Lewis. Why? Apart from Jamie D. who handled my John Lewis chatbot call really well this morning, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I advise buying direct from Kettler (or any John Lewis supplier) to avoid being given the runaround and it will be cheaper!

5* Service All Round
5* customer service from pre-order through to post placing an order for a Signature Pergola. I liaised with a wonderful lady (Kath) who's customer care and patience afforded me has been exemplary. To date, I think I have had re-arrange delivery and install dates on no less than four occasions, due to my resin patio / landscape contractor needing to amend dates. What I can safely say is Kettler and more specifically Kath have rejuvenated my faith in customer service having experienced well below par issues with other retailers and contractors. I will be sure to shop in the not too distant with Kettler for my garden uplift needs!
Here's hoping the delivery and install team replicate the high standards set by Kettler.

Customer services/spare part for older table greatly appreciated
I have quite an older model of the Palmi Mini set, and when one of the table footcaps broke, I ordered what I thought was the correct replacement. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too large.
When I contacted customer services, Lea was incredibly helpful and sent out another replacement. Although that one still wasn’t quite right, Lea didn’t give up, she continued working with the spares department until they finally found the correct part.
Thanks to her persistence, I now have a fully working table again, and I really appreciate the effort and support throughout the process.

Impressive Customer Service
Having applied for a free Kettler wood protection I hadn’t attached the proof of purchase correctly. Donna from customer services emailed me back by return to ask for it to be resent, which I did and she then confirmed all was ok and it was being mailed to me.
I hadn’t bought the Cora table and chairs direct from Kettler but was extremely impressed with their service. I wish more Companies were like them.

I’ve been buying Kettler furniture for a while now as it’s such good quality and lasts for years. I recently ordered an item on line and had to change my order.
