Kemimoto have have the best policies and best customer service out there. Addressed my issue very quick and had a replacement in mail same day turn around max 3 days from issue to new item at door. Don’t hesitate to purchase there products there’s no worries with service like there’s.

Friendly customer service
I accidentally ordered parts that did not fit my Cfmoto. I was able to contact the company. Customer service canceled the items that did not fit and mailed the parts that did. They were friendly and helpful. I was so happy they caught the items before they shipped.

There was an issue with the remote control. I contacted customer service and received an immediate response. Customer service agreed and is sending a replacement. This is exactly how "customer service" is suppose to function. Highly recommended.

It took 9 months to get my order
It took 9 months to get my order. Sent an email and never got a reply so I chalked it up and started shopping elsewhere
After writing this review I was emailed by kemimoto and they made it right.
