Serious Safety Issue with Kemimoto Dog Carrier
Purchased (via Amazon) the Motorcycle Dog Carrier with the space bubble so a dog can look out. There is a serious design or qc issue with how the bubble attaches to the bag. May even be a safety issue. The 1st bag that was delivered had the threads stripped out allowing the bubble to not be secured and the 2nd (after returning the 1st) had the small screws (that secure the bubble attachment ring to the bag) torn away from the bag. In either case, the animal can fly out! As an Professional Engineer I know you have a serious design or qc issue. PS: At least, you need to make the attachment metal ring (for the bubble) wider with larger screws. The rest of your bag is heavy duty and the current bubble attachemnt design is "not good". STOP selling this until you fix the flaw.

It’s hard to hold the blade at the same angle to sharpen. I thought it would sharpen the whole cutting edge on the blade.

Mirrors didn't fit
Mirrors didn't fit, was a hassle to return them. Tried to only refund half my money 2 times. Windshield is nice, fits well and easy to install. They did eventually refund me and gave a $50 store credit to make up for the hassle

Package came on time and in good condition. It looks like all the parts are in the box with the directions. I still haven’t got the time to put it on yet. Hopefully this next couple weekends I should get it all done and then I will figure out what else I need. Thank you very much. We will be doing business later.
