Shipping was delayed paid extra to have it here 2nd day air shipping. Did not come in time

Very bad experience with the shipping, the package has be send to wrong address, I has take contac by telephone and report the address mistake and give the appropiate address, make again the purchase, and one more time get notification with my new purchase was shipped to the wrong address

Armature plates were rusted and required sanding and refinishing before being installed

I'm still waiting on the return label so I can return this part it was the wrong mirror

You guys charge 25% of the parts cost as a reshelving fee. Sound like a very opportunistic move after you make the customer pay the shipping fee to send it back to you. This the first time I buy a part from ya'll best believe be the last time as well.

The online experience is great, but if you need assistance on issues with delivery it’s almost non existent.

The freight on this is awful high. I asked yesterday if FinditParts had these parts in stock. Yet when we spoke today you said they were coming from 2 different locations. Having them in stock and getting them from 2 different locations is not the same thing. I was under the belief base on what the initial salesman told me these would come from the same place and the freight would be ½ that! Can we please do something about the freight?
