I am a big guy, not fat, I am a weightlifter, and I love hiking. I used to blow out my hiking boots after a few months but since I went to Keen, they have been lasting a good life of 2 - 3 years. I bought a new pair this autumn and the clips started to rust. I took a picture and sent it to Keen and they sent me a new pair without hesitation. That is great customer service and dedicated to their warranty.

I should give them zero if it was a choice. I have been a faithful customer of Keen Targhee walking boots. My first pair bought Canada in 2017. They are still going strong! But the 2 pairs I bought in 2023 and 2024 have been a dismal experience. The sole came off, the sides cracked, the water was seeping … I am really disappointed the quality went down the drain. I like the fit very much. Very few walking boots are wide enough for me. I contacted the customer service trying to find out what materials they use. Got the answer - prime quality leather ! What a joke. The layer of supposedly leather is very thin, underneath just some synthetic material which doesn’t work. The cracks appeared just a few months of light use. The boots are made in India if it makes any difference? I don’t know. Luckily very good customer service at Tiso shop in Edinburgh took them back and out of good will issued a full refund. But it isn’t their responsibility. It is the manufacturer’s fault. I am very disappointed. Hope this will put off others form buying.

Shoes like fine but I had a question & their phonelines are constantly engaged over a number of days. This makes me wonder what happens if you need to make a claim? Will probably send items back as I've really lost faith in the company

I bought $285 boots and 2 days later they were 25% off. I asked for a credit and a nasty liar woman said she would get back to me. That was Nov in Canada. USA doesn't care!

I bought my keen winter shoes last year and wore them for 5 months. I started wearing them again in November. They are holding up very well and are very comfortable.

I bought my 4th pair of footwear, very disappointed. I've always bought the same size, this time the right shoe is very uncomfortable nipping my toes. So disappointed 😞

I bought these - KEEN WOMENS TARGHEE III WATERPROOF WALKING BOOTS WEISS-BOYSENBERRY 5 - for my wife in January 2024. They lasted less than one year when the sole broke away from the upper. They had been used infrequently - maybe once or twice a week - and then for simple country walks. The best my wife can say is that they were comfortable. Certainly NOT recommended!

I had a pair of there low top casual shoes that delaminated and just fell apart I had not worn them much for the first year as I only wore them when dressing up ( a few hours a week) so they were out of warranty and Keene would do nothing. That was about 5 years ago this summer I thought I would give Keene another chance so I purchased a pair of high top leather "utility" shoes, I've wore them about 4 months and they are separating / ripping from the sole. I doubt I'll ever buy another Keene shoe!!

I’m onto my second pair of keen hiking boots, I purchased these after someone recommended them as I have one wide foot due to arthritis in my big toe, other walking boots can be painful but these are some comfy due to the wide toe area, just completed a 10 mile hike in the snow over the Peak District hills, absolutely love them 10/10

For the money, total junk! Warranty first pair before a year, second pair, 5 months tops, so they sent a third pair free of charge. 3 months an they was coming apart as well. I'll never buy another pair. Save ya money as they are not what they use to be. For 150 dollars should have gotten least 3 yrs before the bottoms started peeling off.

I’ve purchased over 8 pairs of Keen shoes in the last 5 years. In the last 2 orders ( online) there were size discrepancies with certain shoe models. I normally fit an 11 Wide but needed to order an 11.5 Wide on their oxford work shoe . This shoe was shorter than the others. Well, on my last order the shoes were WAY TOO BIG- almost like they changed suppliers or something. I was traveling quite a bit with work at the time and had the shoes delivered to my business address. I contacted Keen about 90 days after the order was placed and explained that the shoes were so much bigger than all my other shoes. Keen is unwilling to take back the new shoes and exchange for a smaller size. I will never purchase from Keen and will make it my mission to let EVERYONE know that they do not appreciate their long time customers . I will buy Merrells and Topos and will also actively message my REI reps with strong suggestion to stop distributing their shoes.

I bought what I thought initially where some great boots they took some bedding in, BUT after literally a few months the soles started to come away. won't be buying from KEEN again.

Purchased my Keen boots from Cabelas 2 years ago.
Long break in period…inner lining by the padded ankle collar tore on both boots after 1 year. The laces will not
remain tight & tied…ever…Yesterday the left heal bottom detached….Gorilla glued it…..
$150 for boots that do not last. Terrible quality….

Al mismo día estaba arrepintiéndome y efectivamente dinero perdido.
Te van dando largas con diferentes mail, pero el pedido no llega.

Estafa total. He pagado más de 100€ en la web keen españa footwear. Me siento imbécil porque había un montón indicios sospechosos y no me dí cuenta hasta el final. No llegarán nunca los zapatos que “compré”.

Bought some Keen Jasper shoes and after a short period I noticed the left toe area had split, basically making them leaky.

School boy error, I didn't keep the receipt but thought after reading Keens ethos, they would understand and assist.

Absolutely not, no empathy, poor response, poor communication and basically didn't want to know.

Wish I'd read the previous reviews before purchasing, keep away, poor quality shoes but even worse customer care.

Great looking boots, super comfortable but absolutely not waterproof in the slightest! So so so disappointing. Definitely need to move to GoreTex lining or Outdry and scrap their useless version! Customer service is also useless if you don't buy directly from Keen.

For a company who's mission statement is "Cleaner Shoes for a Better Planet" it's a bitter irony that so many of their shoes are now landfill after a few short months of wear
I bought a pair of the Targhee 3 on the back of having worn out ( in the right way) a pair of Targhee 2.
I'm always dubious about 'fixing what ain't broke' so did spend a considerable amount of time trying to track online another pair of mk 2's as I'd observed the new strip between leather upper and sole on the mk 3 as that's often a sign of cost cutting when multiple seams are introduced.
I didn't realise how true this was.
My particular pair after a few short months of use have disintegrated either side on both boots as well as the soles (which seem to have far less traction on wet than the previous incarnation) coming away in the area of the new material used.
Stay well clear of this model and any others using this material.

Jeg købte et par Ridge Flex for halvandet år siden, som jeg har brugt på vandreture og lidt om vinteren.
De er vanvittig komfortable, og de eneste jeg har fundet, hvor en kvindemodel har en bred forfod. Desuden har de en sål der virker i vådt føre.
MEN. Desværre er de faldet fuldstændig fra hinanden. Sålen er slidt op, og der er kommet huller i læderet over forfoden. Og de er overhovedet ikke blevet brugt i et omfang, som kan forsvare at de allerede nu er ubrugelige.
Da jeg søgte efter modellen på deres hjemmeside kunne jeg se, at den er undgået, og de oven i købet har slettet artikler om dem.
Butikken hvor jeg købte dem fortalte mig, at jeg kun kunne få en refusion hvis det handlede om en fejl i produktionen.
Alt i alt giver det mig et indtryk af et firma, der laver dårlig kvalitet og ikke vil tage ansvaret for det.
Jeg kan se, at de prøver at promovere sig selv som bæredygtige, men min oplevelse er den modsatte.

First pair of revel boots by keen had soul seperate within 6 months.
Now brand new Anchorage has pull on tab just pull off.
Worthless boots..
