When Keens first came out I liked the closed toe sandles so when I needed hiking boots (lite) a few years later I went with Keen. That was many years ago. In the last 3 years I have had two pair of Keen light hikers and they fall apart in less than a year. I have switched to Merril and find they are holding up much better than the Keens. Keeps seem to have gotten popular then the corporate execs got greedy and lowered quality and increased price. Welcome to the Corporate American way. On an side note Asolo heavy duty hiking boots are my pick for many years. You just need avoid some of the Women's modles that are pretty but very poor quality. Happy Hiking

Keen shoes is great. I have two differently sized feet, and they treated me like family. I couldn't be happier with their shoes or customer service.

Their work boots are crap. They fall apart within 3 months. Bought my son new boots for work they fell apart. Keen replaced them and we bought the next ones up that were supposed to be more heavy duty. Those fell apart in under 3 months again. Bought a 3rd pair which were supposed to be the new and improved work boot. They fell apart even faster. If your a working in construction dont buy Keen.

Had a pair of hiking mid highs and the rubber sole just detached on the heel. Come on Keen, no excuses for that. Not for what your charging.

i used to buy keen always for work but the last part that i bought it's very bad ripped off very easy not recommended bad bad

I used to love Keen! I have winter boots from 2012 I still wear for errands (lost support over the years from much use, which is to be expected) Also have a couple pairs of sandals I have had for several years, that are still going strong.
Bought a pair of hiking shoes recently and they only fit really well with an extra heavy sock. My regular size (8.5) were too small, so I had to buy a 9.
I went to get the Revel winter boot and was all excited until I tried them on. They were a worse fit than my hikers. I left the store empty handed. It’s funny how often you can find Keen on clearance or at Marshalls here in Canada. That says a lot!
Remembered I had bought a pair of their sandals a couple years back and started to wear them this oast week. Until I got the worst blister on the back of each heel?! They fit perfectly so I don’t get it! Donated those sandals.
I will no longer buy Keen. They changed their sizing tremendously along with their foot bed. Makes me sad because these shoes used to fit really well. Will return to Merrell.

Shame they use auto AI to respond to all e-mails

Very poor quality children shoes. Delaminates after 3 months. Material delamination is not wear and tear.

No es la primera vez que compro en Keenpe. Las dos primeras el calzado se orrespondía con las fotos y número de pie. La tercera vez la sandalia no se ajustaba a lo ofrecido y quise devolverla. No tienen cómo hacerlo en su página de Internet y en 4 ocasiones me puse en contacto con ellos para que me diesen instrucxiones de cómo hacerlo. No contestaron. No compren en este sitio, es una lotería y el pago es contrareembolso y no existe forma clara de reclamar

Unos estafadores. No esperes recibir el producto que has elegido en su página web. Envían contrareembolso, pagas al transportista y cuando abres el paquete te encuentras con la peor calidad que puede tener el producto. En mi caso fueron unos zapatos, plástico puro, una confección tan mala, que no apunta a otra cosa que a una estafa. Después de esto, no pierdas el tiempo, no dan opción de recuperar tu dinero de ningún modo. Nunca me había sentido tan engañado y estafado al comprar por internet. Increíble que aún haya sitios web así funcionando. Unos auténticos ladrones.

Ich habe vor über 10 Tagen bei Keen bestellt, aber bis heute weder die Ware noch eine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Der Kundenservice war eine absolute Enttäuschung und hat auf meine Nachfragen lediglich mit standardisierten, automatischen Textbausteinen reagiert. Es gab keinerlei persönliche Hilfe oder Klärung des Problems.
Fazit: Der Einkauf hat mich nur Frust und viel Zeit gekostet, und am Ende stehe ich ohne Schuhe da. Der Service ist für eine so bekannte Marke absolut ungenügend. Ich werde hier definitiv nicht mehr bestellen.

HORRIBLE customer service! Put you on hold and make you wait. Then lie about no manager being available! After provoking people they act like the victim and they are not the customer! They are so rude and unprofessional! They lie about canceling an order they said 15 minutes and I did cancel. They still sent the shoes!

Bought the Reno mid waterproof boots. By the time the boots were broken in, they were no longer waterproof. I expect boots to last more than a year. Not with these. Would not recommend.

Mine Keen Jasper Zionic sneakers gik op i limen og skummet smuldrede efter bare 4 måneders brug (hovedsageligt kontorarbejde og ingen vandring). Min anmodning om refusion eller reperation blev afvist. Det er trist, da de er et par flotte og gode sko at have på. Det er bare ikke holdbart, hvis kvaliteten af materialet kun holder i 4 måneder - særligt til prisen.

Skuffende oplevelse at handle med Keen. Jeg vil ikke anbefale at handle med dem, medmindre du har det fint med at benytte 1500,- DKK på flotte sko du kan bruge 3 måneder. Jeg kan ikke undgå at føle mig snydt.

Keen advertised the Targhee 2 as being waterproof. It never showed signs of even being water resistant. The manmade portion of the lower outer surface failed within 3 1/2 weeks. Sole shows separation after 4 weeks. Seems they degraded the Brand for short term profits.

They have very poor communication...did not answer emails and phone calls were long and then call dropped. I bought a pair of keens and then had to return. It has been 3 weeks now with vague communication. They are not answering my emails. I will never buy from them again. Too bad because they are pfas free footwear.

Ecommerce platform cannot handle anything but short addresses nor will they process an order if your credit card billing address and shipping address are different. I have never seen such a restrictive system from a large company.

I had shoes from this brand that I used for 20+ years. Not on a daily basis, but all took longer than I anticipated. Recently I’ve decided to buy more shoes from them, and went online to the German site. Their carrier of choice delivered to a pick-up point instead of the address, alleging “no one is home”, the issue with this excuse is when there is CCTV in the property and no delivery attempt is recorded. I tried to contact their carrier, but not possible due to large demand in customer service (I wonder why…). Then I went back to Keen, since they are the hiring party. They first answered - you can collect (great answer, by the way!), when I explicitly said I could not; then when I insisted they said basically they would not act. Congratulations for losing a customer of over 20 years, for simple terrible customer service. Considering the reviews here, I doubt 20 more years will come.

I am only able to wear a small model of shoes due to multiple foot fusions and a serious ankle fracture. Keen’s hiking shoes and boots, as well as some of their newer models that are hybrid running shoes, are among those few brands. The delivery is quick and returns are easy and they have a generous return window of 30 days; enough time to know if a shoe will work for you.
