I would love to win a Kawaii Box. I haven't subscribed since they made the prices go up years ago.

I love the variety of Gacha capsules that I got! I also enjoyed the fact that it told you who packed your package as well!

I've only gotten Kawaiibox one time but it was a good experience. There was a lot of stuff I loved, I still have many of the items even though it has been a few years

I haven't been subscribed to Kawaii Box in some time, but the one time I was, for about three months, the items were always well-packed and adorable! A selection of Sanrio, anime, kawaii, and all sorts of goodies that anyone who loves kawaii things will love.

Cuteness subscription service, free delivery, lots of choice

So they contacted me saying they have moved shipping locations. That's why there is a 2 month delay for the boxes. Maybe send out an email to all your customers telling them this! Then she said she was the only one on customer service. I'm sure she could have copied and pasted the email and send to all. Then she said it's been sent out now. But there's no tracking email. So I'm guessing that's a lie. And she just said it to shut me up. I just want my boxes I've paid for. Is that too much to ask.
