Good boxes - poor service

So after a huge gap of over three months the boxes have started arriving again. Unfortunately this has left a really sour taste as my wife had been enjoying the contents of the boxes before they stopped arriving. It could have been avoided with better communication and some sort of compensation to make up for the disruption. As it stands we won't be renewing which is a shame as the boxes are great.

I have bought from this brand, recieved kawaii boxes, and most recently won a giveaway. This is a legitimate and trustworthy business. Shipments are timely and products are as advertised.

I got the Kawaii Box for my niece last…

I got the Kawaii Box for my niece last year. I was away and not able to see her so I thought it was a cool and fun way to stay in touch every month. She loved it and always sent me pictures or we would FaceTime when she would get her boxes. Lots of fun memories and the perfect way to stay connected with her even though I was far away.
