Avoid - Sketchy

This one is iffy. I used them once before and everything was fine. Box is pretty low quality and definitely dollar store level, but kinda fun.

However, I then reordered since the next box looked better. The box did not ship and I did not receive any response from customer service after sending multiple emails. I initiated a chargeback which got their attention. First, they said they were having issues shipping to the US. Fair, but also something that should've been noted prior to accepting the order. Then, they asked me to cancel the chargeback and they'd refund the box. This is a common scam tactic although I'm not sure if they understood that or had ill intent (you cannot reopen the charge back after so NEVER do a good faith cancellation).

Regardless, it was sketchy and an overall headache. I'm currently letting Mastercard handle it since the email communications were getting rather sus. Try SakuraCo instead!

I was going to enter a competition by…

I was going to enter a competition by this brand, but realized they require a positive review on Trustpilot as an entry requirement. This is a direct violation of review platform guidelines and explains why the rating is so high. It’s impossible to trust these reviews when people are being 'paid' with contest entries to leave 5 stars. I’d rather buy from a brand that is honest about their feedback
