Kaspersky Lab Denmark Arvostelua 

Ive used Kaspersky on and off for about 10 years and its been the best so far thats why I keep coming back. after all the frustrations ive had with this and all other programs Kaspersky is actually the best performer of them all but......
This time I was getting the latest program the top one and I could not reject the Auto Renew during purchases. I used the chat to talk to their people and after getting the second person they wanted all my personal information and wanted to call me and all I wanted was a simple answer to a simple question. they dont do that so I frustratingly closed the window and wrote this before I shut down the computer for a few days to get this garbage out of my mind. I use the computer less and less now because its just become A pain in the rear.
Id rather use my phone to do most of my online purchases just to avoid the scam artists. Far less there it seems and I only use amazon for the same reason.

Ich hab 2x Kaspersky Internet security bestellt und eingezahlt plötzlich heißt es das Geld ist nie angekommen, als ich es stornieren wollte ging es nicht leider bin ich nicht zufrieden

Auf meine Emails wird seit über 2 Wochen nicht geantwortet.
Also existiert weder eine Geld zurück Garantie noch ein anständiger Kundensupport. Mein Vertrag wurde automatisch verlängert. Ich wollte diese automatische Bestellung kündigen, um ein Angebot zu nutzen seitens Kaspersky zu nutzen.

Dies war leider nicht möglich, da man weder online die Möglichkeit hat zu kündigen bzw zu stornieren, noch einen Support Mitarbeiter erreicht.

Die Kündigung ist zwar umständlich, aber ich werde bei einem solchen Verhalten definitiv meinen Virenschutz Anbieter wechseln und mich für Bitdefender oder andere Anbieter entscheiden.

man hat nur ärger.ich habe es mir in geschäft gekauft ,mit den hinweis
das ich kein internet habe . zuhause beim laden feststellen musste ,
dass ich ein internet brauchte für die regestrierung .

Har prøvet at have det lagt ind på min computer, som er en lenovo v110 programmet gør maskinen langsom, og hvis du samtidig vil have det slettet igen det meget svært.
Du skal ikke være sikker på at du har slettet det hele for det kunne jeg ikke, så jeg måtte slette hardisken og starte forfra uden kaspersky

Utilizo Kaspersky há muitos anos. A primeira vez foi usando uma versão gratuita (parceria com a AOL) em 2006, chamada AVS (Active Virus Shield). Depois disso utilizei em casa, recomendei a clientes e utilizei versões corporativas também, e nunca me decepcionei. Usei outros bons antivírus como Avira e Panda, mas o Kaspersky foi o melhor.

I purchased Kasperski Total Security 2019 3 year licence for my new Imac, both quick scan and full scan constantly freezes. Quick scan sometimes works but this is sporadically, full scan sticks to 1% scanned and show 60 hours to completion although it does not move over 1% ever. Many people online report the same issue, to clear up any doubt, my Mac is 2 weeks old, has an SSD Drive and a Hexacore Processor with maxed out memory and Mac OS Catalina, more than enough resources for any software to run, but with Kasperski it does not. People who report the same issue claim to have no resolution offered by Kasperski. My solution has been to remove the software and try a well known competitor who performed a full scan in 20 minutes without problem.

The only reason I still rely on Kaspersky is that there has not been an option that beats it.

Bin Dauerkunde und schon jahrelang sxtrem zufrieden. Hsat mich definitiv schon mehrmals vor Viren oder Trojanern gerettet, die in raffinierter Weise über Emails hereinkamen. Musste beim Kauf eines neuen PCs die Lizenz übertragen, was vom Kundendienst genial kundenfreundlich gelöst wurde.

Worst support ever. Reminders your license is ended, while it hasn't. When it finally expires and you want to renew, they send you an offer 20 euro less 1 month after you renewed. If you want to get back the price difference you have to sent email with your purchase info, but their email adress doesn't accept any attachements. So after another 1/2 year the app disappears. Good defender stepped in. De-installed 180 days before license end.

I love Kaspersky, i use it since more than 5 years ago, and now i'm use KS Total security

Ratingen gælder ikke selve produktet! Jeg mener, jeg har haft Kaspersky siden 2012 og det er bare super- duper!
Men lige så fantastisk som selve programmet er, ligeså umuligt er det at forstå logikken i deres prispolitik, hvor trofaste kunder åbenbart bare skal malkes. Og så er automatisk fornyelse mega svært at slå fra, selvom de skriver, at det er super nemt!

Wie kann das bitte sein, das ich seit knapp einem halben Jahr fast monatlich ABSTÜRZE der Software Kaspersky Internet Sucurity habe und es bei Kaspersky heisst, das Programm muss komplett deinstalliert und daraufhin neu installiert werden?
Soll ich das jetzt jeden Monat einmal so machen? Ist das so vorgesehen oder wird sich das jetzt mal ändern?
Ich viel Geld für ein längeres Abo dieser Software bezahlt!

Jeg havde dette virusprogram sidste år og blev automatisk forlænget i december 2018 efter aftale. De trak 599,20 kr 4. december men i januar 2019 får jeg at vide, at jeg ikke har forlænget mit abonnement. Jeg har nu i en måned skrevet med dem uden held. Fortstår ikke man skal skrive på engelsk, når de kan sende en mail på dansk. Det har indtil nu været umuligt for mig at få et tlf.nr. jeg kan ringe til.Jeg giver ikke op. Man får en ny person i mail hver gang man skriver (eller de vælger forskellige navne). Jeg VIL ALDRIG anbefale dette til andre brugere. Har også tænkt mig at gå lidt videre med dette,

I bought a 10 device version of Kaspersky Internet security. I used it to install on 4 devices.

I went to install on the 5th and got the message that Id exceeded the maximum number of installs - which is nonsense.

So I contacted support and had to jump through hoops, proving that Id bought the software. Luckily, even though the software is activated and registered to my email address, Id still got the DVD case and scratch off code. I had to send 4 of 5 emails before they would release my code that Id paid for and be able to install.

Less than 3 weeks on, Im now facing the same thing - "ive exceeded the maximum allowances". Dont they know that 4 is less than 10?

Ive been a user of kaspersky for about 10 years.

This is the last time.

Any users want a multi device license, be prepared to jump through hoops to be able to use what youve bought and paid for.

Disgraceful

Despite sending them the photos they requested for proof of ownership, they have now not only not unblocked it, they have disabled all my devices leaving me open to AV. What a shower of faeces.

Anyone thinking of buying be warned. They can switch your subscription off and expect you to buy again. I urge you not to make my mistake and buy in the first place. Avoid like the plague.
