many problems:

random errors when using the AI tools... and this is based on uses, if they run out you have to pay more, they forced me since they are not responsible for the errors... so I switched from the pro plan to the business plan, but it continues failing....and they no longer respond to a serious error that makes the tool useless...I do not recommend it until they fix it. I will edit the post if they solve it.

text to speech, it worked, until it stopped and now it doesn't vocalize well which makes the tool useless. I have had to use my voice.

The support responded to me, but they didn't help me, then they told me to make the video shorter because otherwise it would give an error when exporting...

About the serious error, I'm still waiting to see if they tell me something....

muchos problemas:

fallos aleatorios al utilizar las herramientas de ia... y esto va por usos, si se acaban tienes que pagar mas, me obligaron ya que no se hacen responsables de los fallos.. asi que me pase del plan pro al business, pero sigue fallando....y ya no contestan a un error grave que hace inútil la herramienta....no la recomiendo hasta que lo arreglen. editare el post si lo solucionan.

texto a voz, funcionaba, hasta que dejo de hacerlo y ahora no vocaliza bien lo que hace inservible la herramienta. he tenido que usar mi voz.

el soporte, me respondieron, pero no me ayudaron, despues me dijeron que el vídeo lo hiciera mas corto porque si no daba error al exportar....

sobre el error grave, sigo esperando a ver si me dicen algo....

When Kapwing is functioning properly, it's a valuable tool, especially for people with limited technical skills like me. However, I've wasted many hours due to recurring bugs and performance issues. It seems that whenever one problem gets fixed (which can take weeks), another issue arises.

Recently, there have been problems with exporting content. This has led to hours of editing work being wasted because I can't export the final product due to new bugs that weren't present in the original file.

Living in China, I understand that the region may not have the best reputation, but based on my experience, a company with these performance problems wouldn't fare well here. Unfortunately, this indicates the seriousness of the issues.

Lastly, while Kapwing's customer service is generally okay, their availability and response times are subpar in this day and age.

I use it to download music. For the free version it can be videos under 4 minutes and I don't know if you can name the files.

Went through a whole toturial on how to edit my picture for like 30 mins..However, after it's done their water mark is still on. Even though they said this on their website:
Once your image is ready, all you need to do is hit "done cropping," then "export image." Download your new profile photo, or simply share it directly to Instagram. If you're not signed into a Kapwing account, sign in or sign up using your Google or Facebook account – once you've signed into a Kapwing account, the watermark in the lower right corner will be removed from your final image.

It was really easy to edit my audio. Thanks to all the team of Kapwing.

It is very, very, very bad and boring to the point of video generation

It was amazing i wanted to download a video to mp3 bc other sites are probably scams or viruses but then i didnt even have to do anything- i just pasted the link and it was done so easy like bruh why cant other sites be like kapwing

The one thing you need to work in a video editor is the export. Worked for almost 3 months in their pro plan on a video for a birthday but never succeeded in exporting it. Each time there was a different issue with the file. Really disappointing that after paying for a service I had to switch to another app. Customer service does not exist, never got an answer from them. you will be wise to stay away

It is a horrible website. I bought the pro version and it is still so bad. It lags and sometimes randomly deletes parts of your video. I have used 6 or 7 different video editing softwares and this one is by far the worst one. Don’t waste your time on this. It is horrible. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
