A mi hijo le gusta asistir a sus clases, disfruta mucho del desarrollo de las actividades, las maestras son muy atentas, están bien preparadas y siempre buscan que los estudiantes participen y aprendan.

We love k12 LSOA it has made learning great fun and at the students own pace we feel safe teachers and staff are very caring and helpful

The only issue I have is the changes being made throughout the year. My kids get use to one way then it changes other than that it is a great learning environment. My first grader is already learning fractions and multiplication thanks to the learning supplement tool.

My son loves it. It works for our family. I think navigating the new site this year was a bit challenging in the beginning of the year. But we got it down packed and my son and I are rocking out with LSOA@ Roscoe

I have enjoyed watching my Daughter thrive. She is done so well with her grades and staying more on task than it was when she was in public school. I'm so blessed that we found this and are able to use this platform. I recommend it to all of her friends.

Never got school books for the year. Was sent 2nd grade books were sent twice and when I let them know they were still the incorrect books only response was to send the books back immediately so they can be issued to someone else. Same issue when requesting a school issued laptop. Since chrome books don't work, we ran into issues with using certain systems when testing. Again, the school did not care. The teachers also are not helpful at times, but they also have little support from the school that I can tell.

I love having my kids at home. Great teachers. Thank you for a wonderful experience! If you are interested in virtual learning, K12 is the ONLY way to go!

Teachers are wonderful!

Overall we feel like LSOA was and is what you make of it. We had some really great teachers along the way. We also had a few teachers we felt like were not the best pick. With that being said every kid, family and teacher for that matter learn and teach differently. At the end of the day the fact that there are options for school is a huge positive. Years past the options have remained as public, homeschool or private. Online is perfect medium for us! Just remind yourself that “PICKING your hard” is what should be the goal. Struggles are going to happen no matter what or where your kiddos go. Do not over think and just be willing to try something different and new. If it turns out to not be a good fit you can pivot.

They care a lot and they make sure to sat on top of things needed and required for the students success

Communication with our students teachers is hard to come by. It is very unorganized, our teachers don't show up.

So basically my son was falling behind with a scored and every time I asked hey what does he need caught up on where can I find his assignments all that kind of stuff nobody answered me and basically gave me a runaround of why he was being kicked out for all different reasons I had nothing to do with it and so basically they kicked him out I am never enrolling my kids in this again and I will never suggested for anybody to use again either this coming school year my kids will be going to a different online schooling and I am not the only one who had had a problems with this as well

Academically, this year has been very poor, as has the communication regarding the STAAR exams. They have made numerous errors—for instance, sending me messages requesting study materials halfway through the school year. Classes are suspended abruptly; although the STAAR dates were sent out months in advance, they suddenly changed the exam schedule, leaving my son prepared for one test only to face a different one instead. Honestly, I no longer want my son to continue at this school; however, under the K12 program, this was the only option offered to me. Their educational system is poorly managed, and I am forced to provide him with supplemental instruction just to ensure he keeps pace with students at other schools.

Lsoa is doing great with it's flexible time and teacher student interaction is good as well.

The teacher's are great. My kids didn't know much before they started here at LSOA, but now thanks to the wonderful people here my kids are doing a lot better.

When we started off back in 2023 the original system was great. The teachers were helpful and more engaged into teaching. This year we are having the complete opposite experience. The new system update has been confusing to learn and makes it harder for parents to be able to check grades and get in contact with teachers. On top of that a lot of the teachers this year have been very rude and don't seem to be actually helping the students. I don't find it appropriate for a teacher to tell a student that them not being able to find something/get into a particular system is not the teachers problem nor do I find it encouraging to a student to want to learn from that teacher.

Great access to work and great teachers

I really love LSOA they have been a part of my family for the last 4 years . I have two kids that go the school. They have such an amazing staff.
