Just Fitness Arvostelua

Can't fault the service. We ordered an exercise bike and it came the next day.

Fantastic! I bought an elliptical trainer and I’ve found it works wonderfully and I love the different settings/levels you can use. There are lots of options you can select from. A great workout. The delivery team were highly professional and helpful. Staff on the phone have been great and all questions answered. It’s aesthetically pleasing in a room, which helps! Would definitely recommend. Love it.

Takes payment despite item not in stock. No notification on site item/s not in stock.

My order came within 2 days of purchase!

Delivered promptly and in good order in these difficult times.

Easy to deal. Had what I needed.

Was very quick and efficient from order through to delivery. I panicked when I realised I had to put the bike together myself but it was easy and I’m loving it - whole family uses it .
Thanks

We love our new treadmill which came into our house around 2 weeks ago. Three family members are using it on a daily basis. Just fitness went above and beyond to deliver it to us quickly. Excellent personal service, very pleased I purchased from them rather than from a large chain. (Port Melbourne)

Good process and delivery guys were awesome

Great experience, really fast shipping despite the covid-19 panic buying of gym equipment!

I am happy to give them 5 stars. Geeat product perfect timing and easy online transaction.

Great product. Good service. Fast delivery (despite high demand for gym equipment at the moment resulting in other suppliers being very slow). Well done.

My bike was still sitting in the warehouse after 1 week of ordering it, the courier hadn't picked it up.

Excellent service! Staff were very helpful

Delivered in this crisis with care and consideration! Thankyou Mandy and the gorgeous bloke in mask and gloves who delivered it !

Delivered with care and promptly. Very satisfied

Worst customer experience ever! Waited over a week for Ance to come and fix my crosstrainer. It broke again after 15min of use. Asked them to come back and fix it. They said they are busy and "maybe" they can do it in the next fortnight. They won't give me a date. The service manager Mandy won't return my call. Unless you are a big gym paying thousands they don't care about small jobs! Well I wish they just outright told me that before they decided to take on the job! Thinking to go to ombursment now. They owe me a fixed cross trainer after I've paid, yet they're not even answering my call!

Great - thanks!

Great customer service. Excellent product.
