I organised a return of my items. Sent them Royal Mail (at my cost) to the address provided and it was returned as undeliverable. I have tried multiple times to contact customer services but no luck.

The stuff is nice but doesn’t fit my horse. I don’t want it and I am stuck with £400+ of stuff!!!

I made a mistake when ordering as I was way too excited. I emailed costumer service and they were so responsive to change it! Everyone makes mistakes and during packing the original one I had ordered was sent. BUT again costumer service was AMAZING and immediately sent out the right one even before I shipped back the original bridal. I now have the correct one it’s absolutely stunning as is the halter I got for my boy! Absolutely will shop here again!!

I ordered a crown piece, which was beautiful, but the strap on the left side for the throat latch didn't have any holes for the buckle on the throat latch to attach to! I didn't bother trying to order a new one and just punched my own holes in it. Otherwise the crown piece is really nice and the shipping was very quick.
