Just Fitness Arvostelua

User-friendly website, fast, efficient delivery, well-priced item.

Ordered two weeks ago still waiting for delivery

Customer Service via email could be improved as could information provided on the website. When purchasing expensive equipment without being able to see it firsthand the more details provided the better. Videos of the equipment being used, assembly details, comprehensive warranty details etc. After a lot of back and forth I did decide to purchase and the product arrived and seems ok.

Service was really good, fast and reliable. The product itself was a bit disappointing as some of the holes/screws did not align properly, so i could not screw everything in properly and it made it very difficult to put together. It works well for now.

Easy online service to use, delivery was made within a matter of days, & left on the front door as requested. No fuss, would recommend

Andrew is an really honest down to earth guy,
Looked after me on all my purchases.
Will definitely recommend going to the Epping store.

Delivery arrived at the time indicated, which was useful. The driver was helpful. The assembly instructions were clear and straightforward. Give yourself about 3 hours to do it completely. It has been used already.

Fantastic to do business with Just Fitness. Lady called to organise delivery date and time for a spin bike. Delivery man called half an hour before he came to deliver bike..great service!! Thank you..

delivery took 5 days, not bad for interstate. Communication on update was excellent.

The service from Just Fitness was excellent. They responded to my enquiry quickly and organised a delivery time and date promptly after the order was placed. The equipment was delivered on time. As it so happens I do know how to adjust the bike, but it would have been nice had they offered to ensure the bike was set up correctly for me. Overall, a great service.

Excellent service & my item was delivered the next day & was easy to put together. Thanks

All was very well done by the team

Very happy with the friendly service and price of my new Spin bike. I highly recommend this company!

I hired a treadmill. The customer people were so helpful and pretty much got the treadmill delivered the next day.
