Ich habe bei dem Casino 126.000€ gewinnen können.
Ich habe direkt beim Live Chat einen Verlustlimit beantragt, mir wurde gesagt es sei nur durch den Manager möglich ihm wurde die Anfrage weitergeleitet.
Ich hab durch spielen eine höheren vip Level erreicht wo ich angeblich höhere Auszahlungen machen kann dies müsste ich allerdings auch bei Manager anfragen.
Ich habe weder den Limit noch die höhere Auszahlungen bekommen, was dadurch zu enorme Verluste geführt hat.
Ich habe meine ganze Gewinne verloren und ich habe bis heute keine Rückmeldung bekommen.
Darauf hin habe ich die Löschung wegen Spielsucht beantragt und dies wird kurioser Weise auch beim Manager angefragt was auch nicht durchgeführt wird.
Mein Konto ist nach 2 Wochen immer noch aktiv und könnte weiterhin Einzahlungen tätigen .
Ich habe nun eine Beschwerde über die Aufsichtsbehörde eingereicht in der Hoffnung das sie etwas tut.

Mir ist aufgefallen, dass das Casino die Lizenznehmer nicht in den AGBs eingetragen hat und auf Anfrage wird nicht geantwortet. Es ist definitiv ein scam Casino !! Finger weg !

Avoid like the plague happy to take your money as soon as you make a withdrawal your treated like a criminal, previous withdrawal processed without issue, because it's hit £500 they have refused it on numerous occasions for ridolcous reasons rectify then still decline for same issue. Live chat is horrendous the advisors can't help at all as soon as you press for information. Or even a simple update they end the chat. I will never ever put money into this business ever again. Absolutely disgusting company and if you look everyone had the same issue with verification it's an absolute disgrace

Erster Gewinn von 500€ wurde problemlos ausgezahlt. Zweite Gewinnsumme von 1000€ wird ständig abgelehnt. Man versucht hier das Geld mit allen Mitteln nicht auszahlen zu müssen. Das ist BETRUG!

Es werden die merkwürdigsten Unterlagen verlangt. Dabei liegt Kingia mein Personalausweis und sogar ein Foto der Kreditkarte vor. Egal was man zur Verifizierung hochlädt, es wird abgelehnt.

Ich kann hier wirklich nur jedem davon abraten hier Geld einzuzahlen und zu spielen.

Ich werde nun rechtliche Schritte prüfen lassen. Anfrage beim Anwalt läuft bereits.

Avoid Kingia. They are currently refusing to pay out a legitimate £420.00 withdrawal by trapping the account in a deliberate verification loop.
My partners identity document is fully verified, but they kept the selfie, proof of address, and payment documents "Under Review" for days before abruptly changing the status to "Failed". They have sent absolutely no emails explaining why the documents failed, nor will they give a clear reason.
Every single document requested has been uploaded multiple times in high resolution, completely uncropped, with all edges visible. This is a classic stalling tactic to avoid paying out players. Until this compliance team manually checks the perfectly clear documents and releases the funds, this 1-star review stays up.

Excellent customer service from Brabantia. The touchlid of our old 4litre bin broke at the hinges after many years of pretty heavy use. I emailed Brabantia via their website and received a very helpful response almost immediately. I was informed that due to the age of my bin the design had changed slightly, however, I was assured that the new lid would fit my existing bin. I ordered the replacement lid and it arrived only a few days later. I was relieved that the new lid did in fact fit perfectly and it seems to be sturdier and looks better than the old one. All in all an excellent and efficient service from Brabantia.

Brabantia bins are an expensive waste of money. The lid constantly breaks and although there is a supposed 10 year guarantee they make it almost impossible to get a replacement. I would avoid there products at all costs.

Not the best experience unfortunately my bin looks good but doesnt function!! I have a bin and the lid broke a few years ago but was still under warranty so I contacted them and they replaced it which was great until the new lid a couple of years later stopped functioning properly. The new lid has broken but the warranty doesn't cover the new lid so I am now stuck with a lid that doesnt open which makes the bin useless. Get out of replacing a faulty product

Terrible experience shopping with Brabantia. Never received an invoice or dispatch email. Item didn’t even arrive at my doorstep as promised. Instead I received a note from Royal Mail saying that Brabantia didn’t pay their postage so they weren’t able to deliver my item. I had to then drive down to the depot to pick up my item and pay Brabantia’s £3 postage fee. So unprofessional. Avoid them!!

Worst customer service ever
I ordered a bo touch bin. I contacted them and asked them to change the colour - this was not done. I contacted them once the item had been delivered and requested that the item be returned. Dpd local refused their prepaid label as the bin is too big. I have been in touch numerous times to customer services and have had no response. Messenger does not work on their website and there is no telephone number. Never deal directly with this company they are awful.

If I could give this company one star I would. Can’t believe how dreadful their customer service is. Seems if they don’t make the product, and a lot of it they don’t. They don’t care.

I bought a Brabantia saucepan. After 8 months the knob broke. Fine I thought it's got a guarantee. NOT so. Brabantia informed me they don't make the saucepan and the warranty isn't with them. Talk about slippery and unethical. I use to respect the Brabantia brand not now.

Our Brabantia rubbish has been outstanding for the ~5 years we've had it. The lid latch recently broke off, and Brabantia was awesome at replacing it free of charge, even though we hadnt registered and didnt have the original receipt. Just incredibly good customer care and service on an outstanding product.

Outstanding customer service.

The lid of our Brabantia bin suddenly refused to open. I looked up online what to do, and found a statement that Brabantia would replace it FOC if less than 10 years old. I could hardly believe it, so I rang Brabantia and spoke to a very nice lady who confirmed that a new lid would be sent to us completely free. It has just arrived and I am so pleased. Perfect, quality kit

Bought a bin off these people 10 years ago and after 10 years of complete abuse it finally give up a couple of weeks ago so I had no hesitation of purchasing off them again. Love the new bin with soft closing lid, sqeeks a bit when opening but looks lovely (stardust white or some such), easy to clean, easy to put in and take out bin bags with little tabs on the side to help. Once again a well made, robust product which I shall probabl have for another 10 years.

I bought two fry pans from Brabantia. Everything I cook in the pans stick to the surface. I have only had them 1 month. When I tried to return them to the store they said I needed to contact the company in which I did. Brabantia refused to refund my money. After supplying pictures of the pans they said this product had no manufacturing/material defects. I guess I should have supplied pictures of the food stuck to the surface of the pan. I will not be purchasing anything from this company. Poor customer service!

Not willing to honor warranty despite warranty seal in perfect condition

We purchased our Brabantia kettle three months ago together with a matching toaster. From one day to the next it just stopped working.

This is extremely disappointing for us as we had decided to purchase the Brabantia set because of our trust in the brand.

As the kettle was only recently purchased the warranty seal at the bottom is still in perfect condition. I was extremely surprised when the customer service assistance advised that they would not offer any warranty service due to a missing receipt. We do not keep receipts for all electronic products purchased and from our experience with other companies it is now common practice that the product code is sufficient for the manufacturer to accept the product as one of theirs.

Now we have to replace the 80£ kettle only purchased 3 months ago with a new one.

Had minor problem with bin lid and they sent replacement within 5 days; no issues and kept to their promise of 10 year guarantee - Others could learn from their example - highly recommend

We have had our bin for 10 years.
I had a replacement bin lid after 2 years.
replaced again free of charge after a further 8 years saving me around £40.00. I received the replacement bin in 3 days.

I never normally write reviews but I am so extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service I have received from Brabantia over the last few days. The replacement touch bin lid was sent out to me within days of ordering, completely free and without any quibbles.
I have always bought brabantia products over the years because of their extremely high quality and standards and have never experienced any problems with the brand and to see how the company has dealt with my very first issue is absolutely fantastic, I am extremely impressed . Thankyou Brabantia ❤
