1st time using Judd Racing Nottingham for 600mile mile while you wait service on KTM 1290sas. Cannot recommend the staff at Judd enough.

Great waiting area with free tea& coffee,lots of bikes clothing & accessories in store. 10/10

I just wanted to write a review after having such a wonderful experience with Judd Racing. Unfortunately the items I had bought were going to take longer than expected, first of all communication was great, I thought it was excellent to contact me personally to explain the process, they kept in contact to update me throughout. I was concerned as it was so close to Christmas. They then upgraded my shipping once the items arrived to them to next day delivery as a gesture of good will as being so close to Christmas. I just thought it was a great example of good customer service. Will always go to these guys in future! Thank you again

Customer service is shocking. I have been having issues with a talaria bike that isn’t even a year old yet. You can never speak to anyone who can help you. They say they will call back but they never do. Forget to complete the job that it went in for. They are not helpful at all. When they finally get back to me and sort the issue out for a second time. I would rather travel further than use this company again

Beware their website saying parts are in stock. Both times I have ordered and paid for parts based on this information I have had an email saying the parts are not in stock and to wait 7-10 working days. I have had a refund but would not have ordered if the website had said out of stock.

Really nice shop. Friendly staff, Great efficiency. Mr Barry patiently answered my numerous questions, a great experience. Just pop into the store and you will see. highly recommend.

Judd racing were recommended to me via a kids minicross club for parts.
Unfortunately not a good experience with them at all.
This begins on 16th Feb 2022 where I placed an order on a sprocket carrier "showing in stock last one" I used PayPal quick checkout as didn't have my debit card details to hand and well it said last one so I was in a hurry to purchase I also upgraded shipping to expedited at a cost of £4.15 apposed to the standard shipping, my order on account was marked pending which I never thought anything peculiar as my thoughts were it would change when processed. However after not checking the next day and not receiving any delivery I logged in to still see the order marked as pending. I call the store and ask for an update. It was explained to me I payed via PayPal echeck so they would ship soon as the payment cleared, I checked PayPal and sure enough upon quick checkout on PayPal it had selected payment via bank account🤦‍♂️. Tottaly my mistake 100%. I called back and spoke to a really nice chap who understood fully what had happened and assured me the item would be put aside and sent out soon as payment cleared. OK I completely understand and that's fine. We are now on 24 Feb 2022 and payment has cleared but still showing pending. I email and get a reponce from Sarah to say my item isn't in stock and order will be delayed 4 to 5 working days. 🤦‍♂️ I mailed back explaining the situation and that my part may have been sat aside until my payment cleared as the chap on the telephone call said. The response was that she doesn't know who I talked to but can assure me the part isn't in stock in fact they don't show stock on there website "you do Laura if you check and the part I ordered is still even showing last one in stock. I conceded to wait as requested, 8th March 2022 still no change on account, I mail Sarah again for an update, reply was an apology she doesn't know why stock took so long to come in but it just arrived that morning and they will send it out for delivery today. Great after all this carry on its sorted I thought. I was mailed a link to dpd tracking and all going well parcel heading to me for delivery today 9th March 2022, dpd message parcel delayed will now be delivered tomorow 10th March 2022, OK this happens its inconvenient but happens at least they will refund my cost of expedited delivery??? I contacted Sarah again to ask how we go about refunding or crediting the delivery costs to be told sorry we can't refund you as its in our terms we don't guarantee next day delivery 🤔 why offer this service then? Anyway hope this review gives an understanding of this company and you can make your own mind up to use them. Its a shame as I really liked some of the stuff they offer for sale but I won't purchase now after this experience. Thumbs down guys sorry.

Booked Lads Husky in for Exhaust restrictor to be fitted, not like most garages which try long it out, they know what they’re doing and the job was done in 15 minutes, so I asked them do a load of extra work to round it to the hour.

Staff are mega! There’re really polite, nice environment and they actually have time to chat to you.

I’ll definitely using this shop/workshop for all my future dealings, quality work, trustworthy and just nice people.

Been using Judd for a couple of years now, parts/ servicing and recently a new superduke.
First service done at very short notice, as i had trip planned.
Friendly professional staff, excellent service throughout the dealership.

Very friendly service from the staff on the counter and the workshop staff were only to happy to help with my issue and the coffee is excellent

Took my Superduke R in for its first service, even though I'd sourced the bike from a different dealer. The service team couldn't have been more helpful or professional, particularly Ashton who put up with me constantly changing dates and adding work and Gareth the technician who did a great job on the service and extra parts I'd asked for. I'll definitely be back for future servicing.

I have spent absolutely shed loads of money at judd racing at first they couldnt do enough then as time went by Ive felt I’ve been charged so much and felt it uneccesary that after wheels on my bike were damaged and I was supposed to of been discounted on a service for the inconvenience which was absolute rubbish as it was an appalling discount. So that’s me done I’m afraid!
The recent service I had I carried out the licence check rang a few days before the service gave the information and it was never passed on.
Shocking communication!
I then had to do it all again while I was there!!! Which wasted my time for no reason other than someone passing an email on!!!!!!
Not professional at all.
I was contacted after this review to ask for bank details for some reimbursement but it hasn’t happened as yet!!!!!

The entire team at Juddracing is always most welcoming and friendly. Their standard for customer service and service in general is at its best. I wouldn’t be happier with both the purchase of my KTM 125 duke but also the after service they offer.

Very good service had minor issue with front disc glazed when took bike in for run in service ,reported the fault to the team and was sorted no quibbles 👍 just wish ktm had a larger dealer network as Judd are about the closest to me at 100 miles away !that’s my only complaint 🤷‍♂️

Brilliant shop, delivery to Ireland is only 3 days and they always have what I need in stock anything relating to Ktm you can count on these guys to have, only bad side is England left the EU and my customs are charging me stupid vat and handing cost but to know your getting the quickest delivery and top rated parts I don’t mind spending the extra,

Bought oil and coolant. Oil had leaked everywhere. Called was advised to email with photos which I did. No reply!!’

First time I've used Judd Racing, don't think I will be using again. I will be going back to Fowlers in Bristol, paid extra for 24hr delivery and it isn't going to arrive next day. Really didn't seem to care or want to help when I called them.
