Can't fault these guys, fantastic service. They do get very buys so getting hold of them can take time but they do look after their customers and always with a smile on their faces. Great bunch of people

allora, ho acquistato dei ricambi per il mio KTM, i prezzi erano ottimi e non ho esitato a comprare, gli aggiornamenti della spedizione non ci sono stati, solo per la consegna e PER UN PAGAMENTO AGGIUNTIVO, il pacco è arrivato qua in Italia, la mattina stessa mi arriva il messaggio da UPS dicendo che DOVEVO PAGARE 40 euro di "tasse", sono rimasto scioccato perché non era scritto da nessuna parte che avrei dovuto pagare tasse sulla spedizione, avendo già pagato tasse e 20 euro di spedizione sul loro sito, da questo lato sono rimasto molto deluso, per il resto la spedizione è arrivata nei tempi giusti, consiglio il negozio ma state attenti alle aggiunte che potrebbero esserci.

Ordered a ktm jacket 4 days later still no dispatch. 3 more days I emailm. 2 more days still no reply. Had to contact bank to dispute payment. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Judd Racing KTM Norton Dealership cpu is a massive problem and they don't handle customer service ****

I purchased a brand-new 65cc Husqvarna from Judd Racing, and unfortunately it has never run correctly from day one. I live 2.5 hours away and have made three separate trips back to the shop so they could inspect the bike. Each visit required me to take time off work. Despite the obvious running issues — which can clearly be heard — I was repeatedly told that nothing was wrong.

The bike is not fit for purpose, and the mechanical support I received was very poor. The technicians didn’t seem to understand the issue, and no alternatives or solutions (such as a replacement bike) were offered.

Customer service was also disappointing. The receptionist was unhelpful and openly rude, even rolling her eyes at me — which other staff acknowledged. For a purchase of this value, the overall service has been extremely disappointing.

The bike is now in pieces with another mechanic who is trying to fix what Judd Racing could not.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Judd Racing for anyone planning to spend a significant amount of money.

Maybe you would be ok buying a bike from these people but if anything goes wrong you probably wouldn't get a good response! I called up asking for some friendly advice as you would expect and was told basically we don't give out free advice. This says a lot about this company so be warned about there customer service .I also enquired about parts in the past and was never called back .Twice ! I ended up buying from elsewhere.

Big shout out to Judd Racing. Just bought a new superduke and they could not be anymore helpful. Really tentative and great communication throughout.

OK, so I only bought a mug for my sons birthday but the customer service was excellent 👌. Easy ordering, excellent communication via email updating me on my order status, the mug could not have been better packaged, and super fast delivery. And I know my son is going to love the mug. Thank you Judd Racing.

Highly recommend. After buying a ktm1290gt from another dealer , Judd racing put everything right with the bike , a full shim check service , rear brakes and a new sas pipe. To top it off they also gave me a tool kit for the bike for free as it was missing. The bike was returned in A1 condition, all my services history supplied and updated and free brake down recovery to boot. Get your self down and spend some money dealerships like this need saving. I bought a Husqvarna Norden 901 recently and noticed that the front brake switch was not working. I phoned Travis who dealt with the sale and explained the problem and he said (Chris) from servicing will give me a call. That never happened,so I emailed them and after a couple of weeks I had a reply from Sarah asking for the mileage. Since then nothing. I bought a brake switch from G H Motorcycles in Colchester which i will now fit myself. You would have though a 9k bike would have been properly checked over before being handed over but hey ho. Will I be buying from Judd Racing again, I doubt it very much.

Their website states they wont be beaten on price. When I emailed them a list of parts that I found cheaper elswear to see if they price match, they just ignored my email.
Their loss as I wont use them at all now

Best company I’ve used for dirt bikes the customer service is perfect either over the phone or by email and the range of products they have is amazing love this company and will continue to use them

Joke of a company. Paid for 24h delivery but they dont have anything in stock. They will tell you it is back order AFTER you have paid. Absolutely no point in ordering from here if you want anything quick

Fabulous service from Judd Racing and Jonny in Sales. We bought an electric KTM for our little one and they made him feel really special.

Hi I recently bought a brand new Ktm 1290 super adventure I went and looked round the bikes and met Jonny one of bike sales team and straight away made feel at ease and was very knowledgeable on the bike I was interested in he showed me round a new bike in the shop and let me sit on the bike to see if I could reach the floor 😂😂 but on the low seat setting I was alright 😁 so I went for big deposit and 24 months pcp Jonny sorted it all out with very little fuss and even delivered my new bike and demonstrated all the bikes functions, to me the whole experience was very easy and professional I would highly recommend Jonny to assist you in your next bike purchase and Judd racing to buy it from 👍

I had never used this company before, but after the first phone call I could tell they were passionate about bikes and staff so friendly and helpful. I asked about a KTM offer I had seen on line and was told all about it and then asked if they would quote me on my bike. We struck up a deal and needed to some photos and information on my bike. All this was so straightforward and friendly. I decided to visit them and wasn’t disappointed with the shop, staff and the deal was done. First class company to deal with and nothing has been to much trouble, well done guys. My third KTM and first from Judd racing and closer than the previous dealer I used.

So I’ve just purchased my new bike from Judd Racing and all I can say is “superb”.
Every member of staff that I have spoken to have been more than happy to help and always with a smile
