I submitted and order one week ago, and found out from me following up on it that it was never created or processed. The representative was also unwilling to move forward with order. I am rethinking now what brand of contact I use as do not want to support such lack of customer support tor care. I gave a 2 rather than a 1 as they have produce some quality products.

I have been buying the air freshener cashmere woods for years now and I have made a decision to stop buying it. You ruined the smell. Not even close to smelling like it used to. Why would you do that? Whoever made the decision to change it should be fired. You ruined it! This sucks!

Get a clue, we do it all

Band Aid strips are useless. I work with my hands and need a bandage that will stop minor bleeding and seal cuts on my hands and arms. They have become less and less effective over the years. CEO's continue to steal from customers by selling products that don't work anywhere near as advertised. I feel so ripped-off by these liars whose bottom-line profits are all that matters anymore.

Johnson’s make up be gone . These cleansing wipes have been changed to a new formula which is rubbish the original formula was fantastic and wiped off makeup instantly but this new formula is terrible like a cheap wipe I’m so disappointed they have downgraded the ingredients that is nowhere near as good as the original I will have to find another brand to use.

I think the bandages are good.
Comment/suggestion: I thought bandaid bandages are packaged to be sterile. However, why is the seam of the pull-away backing located directly in the middle of the gauze area of the bandage. Inevitably ones germy finger has to touch the gauze area to remove the strip. Definately a big design “Opps” for bandaid as well as all other bandage manufactures whose whole purpose is to provide a protection to minor wound healing. 🙄

Worst ever band aids. Noticed quality was getting worse over the years but Johnson and Johnson have reached a new low with their ‘plastic band -aid’ that is not only too narrow to cover anything it doesn’t even stick to your skin. What a useless cheaply made product,

I had the opportunity to interact with their sales and marketing team as a trainer.

At that time, they were focused on doubling the sales of their medical devices, hip implants.

What struck me was the overwhelming sense of greed — it was unsettling.

A truly responsible company would have viewed this as a chance to prioritize patient well-being, offering natural or physiotherapeutic options first, rather than pushing surgical products for profit.

I strongly urge all doctors and patients to stand in their integrity and resist the pressure of corporate-driven decisions.

Let the company know that ethical reform is essential.

Profit should never come before people.

I purchased this bubble bath recently..it is years now that I am using Johnson soaps and bubble baths ...that is coz my skin is prone to pimples and after using Johnson soap and various Johnson baths my skin was/looks perfect.Recently I tried their new bubble bath..unfortunately I had some kind of a delusional disorder immediately after as I am in pimples!!!I am in pimples after using Johnsons new bubble bath - the one in the orange bottle.check picture below!!!

I bought Clean & Clear face products, very good for washing your underwear.
Definitely recommending, stains are now gone!

Your body wash is nothing but big corp greed useless product now.

Doesn't lather up and you need to use so much of it ... won't be buying anymore

Cuando vas al cirujano “te venden” que MENTOR es la mejor marca, respaldada por una empresa como JOHNSON & JOHNSON, con una garantía de por vida….
Pues espero que nunca tengáis que utilizar la garantía por rotura que ofrece la marca MENTOR.
Yo he sufrido una rotura, Verificada por informes médicos, ecografía y resonancia magnética. En la consulta con mi cirujano me ofreció la garantía de 1000 euros, que supuestamente, MENTOR ofrece. Me operé, hice el recambio, y unos días después, solicité la citada garantía.
En la consulta del cirujano, me informaron que la marca tendría que hacer las verificaciones oportunas, y qué eso llevaría unos meses. Y a día de hoy hace 14 meses y medio después que me operé, todavía nadie me ofrece ninguna información al respecto.
La marca me dice que pregunte a mi cirujano y mi cirujano me dice que pregunte a la marca. Así entre uno y otro van pasando las semanas, los meses, más de un año y nadie se responsabiliza.
El delegado de la marca en mi provincia (Sevilla), que se supone que es el que comercializa las prótesis a los cirujanos, dice “que no puede hacer nada”… ¿solo puede vender?, ¿no puede preguntar por la situación de una incidencia?
Me he puesto en contacto con MENTOR y JOHNSON & JOHNSON a través de correo electrónico en más de 20 ocasiones, de ellos me han respondido en una sola ocasión, para decirme que es mi cirujano el que me dará la respuesta, y como pescadilla que se muerde la cola, mi cirujano dice que es la marca quién me tiene que responder…
Me da la impresión que la política que emplean es la de ignorar el caso y a la persona, prolongando un proceso hasta que te canses y te olvidas… Cosa que en esta ocasión, no va a ocurrir.
Y eso que lo único que de momento he preguntado, es cuánto tarda el proceso hasta la resolución, sin entrar en si el resultado de la cobertura sea positivo o negativo.
Así que, si os veis en una circunstancia como la mía, tened cuidado, porque el cirujano puede usar los 1000 euros como argumento de venta, pero después, por mi experiencia personal, en poco o nada se materializa.
Ni que decir tiene que MENTOR y JOHNSON & JOHNSON, dejan mucho que desear en este tipo de incidenciasy coberturas. Si supuestamente su intención es no responder a una garantía que ellos mismos publicitan (tengo guardados los folletos de la marca), simplemente que no la ofrezcan…
Esta es mi situación a junio de 2025, Iré barajando otras opciones legales, y os contaré si hay alguna evolución.

I love to use the Johnson & Johnson items but the products price are continuously rising. I need to stop using the products due to it's increasing prices.

Johnson & Johnson used to be reliable, but now? Prices keep going up for no reason. Same products, but double the cost. And good luck with customer service—they either don’t help or give you the runaround. Feels like they care more about profit than people. So disappointing.
