Guys seem to have done a good job in the boiler service, but I have a panel cover left off and I have no idea how/where it goes back on, so disappointed in their lack of overall care.

Was kept updated in all aspects of the visit. Engineer arrived on time and was very polite and informative. All work was carried out in an efficient manner. Very pleased overall.

Text just before arrival. Very pleasant person. Wellmannered. Zsked him to check myradiators to see if needed bled. I am 80 yrs old so not confident enough to do them myself. Asked if I had any problems. Reassured me that my boiler was ok. Didnt make a mess.

The guy that serviced the boiler was very polite , friendly and professional. Explained how to maintain the pressure on my boiler.
Good job done, as always by this company.

Technician was very good. I had to phone at 4.30 to see if he was still coming. He arrived at 6.45 pm but I got the job done.

Engineer came to service boiler. He was courteous and as my boiler is in the kitchen, I left him to it, while I got out of his way. I told him where meter was and also where backdoor key was.
All was straight forward, with no problems. Can't comment on other staff, as arrangements for appointment was made on line. So no other contact necessary.

Engineer was quick, helpful07 and courteous, and left everything clean & tidy

Attitude was excellent.punctuality was also excellent as was keeping me up to date on arrival of the engineer.
I would also like to point out how much care was taken in looking after my property ie … brushing shoes each time he entered my house and also how careful he was not standing on a white rug….. that by the way was his decision not mine so I am extremely pleased in the way thought of my property …. Please please pass our thanks on to him .
I understand some people may think that is a small thing but to me it shows CONSIDERATION for the customer and the job he is doing

Gas engineer attended promptly contacted me via WhatsApp to tell me he was on his way.
Friendly and professional fixed the problem quickly.

Arrived on time stated. In and out in about 30 minutes with full service done. Very polite and professional. Passed issues with system that need addressing and office got back same day to arrange another visit to rectify. Can't beat that service all round.

Recently had my boiler service. The staff are always so respectful of my property, so helpful and friendly. I have never had a bad experience with them. Their prices are so reasonable and so much more cheaper than some of the larger well known companies. I also like that this is a local company. I would highly recommend.

Came to service my boiler, only to discover i also had a gas leak from my hob. They were excellent and efficiently capped off the supply from my hob. I did not realise thiswas happening so very grateful for their dedication on finding and making me safe.
