Kept informed prior to arrival of engineer who arrived on time and carried out the boiler inspection without any issues

Appointment was amended to suit work times. Engineers kept us up to date. Phoned to say they would be late(after 8pm) so was then rescheduled for next day.

The engineers always do a good job.If you ask a question they will take time to explain.The security your service offers to fix things promply takes away any stress that could be around in todays environment where finding a trades person to fix various household systems is not quick and is always expensive...

My first meeting with Frews. Worked around coming to my house which suited my work schedule. The technician arrived exactly when the booking was made. He done all he needed to do in a timely manner, was polite and managed to sort my thermostat for me too which I greatly appreciate. If for any reason I need help with my gas servicing or any issues going forward I feel confident knowing their work will be done to a high standard

Just had an engineer from James frew out to replace 4 radiators in my house and I’m super impressed! Wev had a few different engineers from James frew out recently and every one of them have been really nice. I was expecting having 4 radiators ripped out an 4 new ones installed to be a messy, noisy job that would take all day? My experience was the complete opposite! There was no mess. The guy cleaned everything up and took it all away with him. There was limited drilling and noise while fitting the new radiators and the job was done in no time at all. I expected it to be at lease a 2 man job but the one guy that was here was very competent and very pleasant. Also to top it off he knew I was worried that my 3 house cats would get outside so he always made sure to close the pet gate and doors behind him while coming and going. I was also surprised at how fast we actually got our new radiators. The guy measured up on Friday and by yesterday (Tuesday) we had a phone call to ask if today ( Wednesday) would be convenient to fit our new radiators? Excellent service!!!!!!!

Simple and straight forward. I don't even need to remember servicing due, as they contact me.
Engineers have all been prompt and pleasant.

The engineer left telling me everything was ok but an hour after he left there was no hot water.
I looked on the boiler and there was no pressure on the system it was showing 0
I put it back up to 2 but the next morning it was back to 0,
I am not very impressed
