The engineers were thorough, took their time and gave me peace of mind that the boiler was in good working order. My questions were answered honestly and in a friendly manner.

Happy with installation

I am happy with the installation of the boiler. The boiler looks fantastic. I had some other issues but James Frew was quick to reach out to amend these.

Great communication.guy was so helpful…

Great communication.guy was so helpful and gave assurance that if I had any further problems just to call the company. Very reassuring as my husband died and I struggle with dealing with things on my own. Felt safe

Although under pressure, Mackenzie was very friendly & efficient

Mackenzie was very personable, friendly & efficient - even though his schedule had been disrupted and he was now working on unplanned overtime...
Previously we requested a change to the original proposed date and that had been handled very efficiently also, by Lexie.

Excellent service, arrived on time and really pleasant, friendly guy doing the work quickly and thoroughly. Very impressed.

Highly Recommend

Great company who have looked after my central heating, electrics and plumbing for years!
Reliable, Helpful and knowledgable.
In the past few years I have needed their help on a plumbing issue as well as the usual boiler service and each time the staff have been friendly, efficient and professional.

Great service from office and engineers visit.

Booking appointment and updating day and time was excellent. Heating Engineer that attended was polite and professional. Great service from JamesFrew throughout.
