Chris serviced our boiler with a smile and a friendly attitude. He turned up within the agreed window. He didn't phone in advance (as requested) to allow me to open up the property, but he was happy enough to wait 15 minutes to allow me to do so.
We did however have a cold meeting that night in the property. The heating was not working. Investigating the next morning, I discovered that he had forgotten to turn the gas on again at the main valve. So he loses a star.

The engineer was extremely polite and professional and advised of the condition of the boiler.

Fitter was pleasent. Also did the job well.could not have asked for more. 6 star.

The young man ,Owen ,did a great job taking old radiator out and fitting new one .he worked away ,no complaints ,no moaning about the job ,he just got on with it ,pleasant young man

The service from this company is second to none. I was informed of an engineer visit recently and made certain I would be home, alas I did not hear the person at my door and missed the appointment. However it wasn't an issue with this company, the service visit was rearranged for next day and duly delivered. The unflappable staff at the call centre deserve to be applauded.

Straight away ,very forthcoming and polite,confident in everything he was doing ,kept me updated in recent repair asking if any such problems reoccurring I said nope happy as Larry,he chuckled
