Had my annual gas service that’s me for another year! Great service as always !
Engineer (Jordon) was very professional and friendly explained any questions I had. He took care of the property and extremely considerate. Always guaranteed good service with James Frew team.
Booking was seamless I had to change days was easy to do.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE
On 9.9.2026 the annual gas safety and maintenance inspection was carried out by Brad, on behalf of James Frew. The service provided was faultless from start to finish and all staff involved acted in a professional manner.

Had to change appointment which went smoothly though not sure I would be happy speaking to AI Jamie for anything else. David the engineer who did the service was friendly and efficient even bringing his own stool to stand on just in case!
