What an amazing team! Thank you so much for looking after our fur babies so well. Communication was fantastic, we were kept up-to-date on everything and the whole process explained to us in detail so we were kept in the loop and knew what to expect. After making a mistake myself on import of coral I notified Danielle and her team of the issues I faced a required an agent to clear corals for me. This was handled in the most efficient and professional manner. I have the utmost confidence in Danielle and Alex to handle further business when required. We have used James to fly our dog to Sweden twice and trust them completely. They are on-the-ball, communicative and understanding and, most importantly, incredibly professional. It is a huge wrench handing your pet over for an international journey, but with James we do so with total confidence.
