I spent almost 1 hour over 2 calls…
I spent almost 1 hour over 2 calls trying to speak to customer services without succeeding. In the end I tried emailing and after 2 attempts my call was eventually returned. No idea of waiting times or position in the telephone queue is given. The customer service was awful.

Fed up of rising Broad band fees look no further …..
I needed a new broad band provider with creeping costs and poor signal so I reached out to these guys and within minutes BOOM I have a new provider with faster speeds and even better no upfront costs or installation fees ….. happy customer now part of the italk team 🫡⭐☺️

All the people you speak to just keep apologising and you feel it's part of their daily speech, I Thought I'd sorted my mam's phone out a month ago only to receive bill in post and not emailed, and the new contract agreed had not been processed as still on old deal.

I bought a broadband package off this…
I bought a broadband package off this company. They never sent my broadband box and are now harassing me for a cancellation fee. What they do is take over 14 days to deliver your box which is when I first thought was dodgy. So now it’s over 14 days as per to cancellation you haven’t got a leg to stand on. This company is a joke and are top at harassing you. AVOID

Our records show that APC attempted delivery of the router on multiple occassions, however the deliveries were unsuccessful and the router was returned to sender. Routers are typically delivered 1-3 days before the activation date. Very helpful as I wanted a service adding to a phone ti stop hopefully scam callers , which I was able to get also changed the package on the phone as on the wrong package and was costing me a fortune on mobile calls

Very unhelpful company
Very unhelpful company. For 3 months my parents have had no Internet and italk have done nothing despite saying they will and they are still charging nearly £60 a month. The phone line also went down. They phone and demand you give them personal information over the phone just like a scam call would so obviously parents refused but trying to phone them yourself is a nightmare. Internet restored by BT when parents switched to them. DO NOT Use this company.

Hi my wifi been down since yesterday
Hi my wifi been down since yesterday. We rang twice i first talked to Aaron, who spoke very clearly an gave me simple step by step instructions and made it very easy for me to follow instruction exactly with no problem. Very nice man. I also rang back after few hours as i was waiting for some1 to ring me to deal with the wifi and AMY answered, she was very polite and looked straight away to see the hold up and explained to me that as they are so busy it could take at least 24 hours. So that settled me as i was waitin by the phone, but now i can get on with my day. She was also very informative and polite and as my hearing not very well, i was still able to understand every word. I wish all customer service people were just like AARON& AMY. thankyou guys
