Contacting ITalk is an exercise in patience and frustration. The front end bot asks lots of questions, all of which have to be repeated when you eventually get through. Sometimes for a third time if transferred internally. Many times the call drops after 30 minutes in hold or when operators put you on hold. Nobody rings back. I tried email but they are never read or if they are nobody ever replies.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Honestly do NOT, get this internet broadband. It's a total rip if and the signal is terrible. Also it won't always connect to all devices. £31.99 for sub par internet. And customer service is no help they will just tell you to turn it on and off or leave it off for an hour. A joke!! Do not waste your time or read fake reviews.

The problem I had was dealt with very patiently and efficiently. Ps talking to a robot on reception is very off putting one can't communicate as with a human. It would be helpful if there is a long queue to advise customer of the fact

Genuinely awful customer service
Genuinely awful customer service. No out of office hours service and the phone line is AI that goes nowhere. Internet does not work and they are so hard to get a hold of.
Updating to say the iTalk response is a complete joke and they did not address anything I said in this review.

My mother is over 90 and has lost internet
My mother is over 90 and has lost internet connection. She is partially deaf so finds using her telephone difficult. She relies on FaceTime where she can lip read. She lives by herself and family live 200 miles away. Italk will not attempt to solve the issue unless she goes through their procedure, which she can't do unless somebody is with her and prepared to wait over 1 hour on the phone to talk to an administrator!!! I have already spent over 1 hour to be told this!! Could they not just go ahead and check their end for a fault?
