Please people before signing up to these clown's.look on genie broadband.and Google reviews. Con merchant to the highest degree. You say I owe you £62.16 for payment that were not paid on time.yet you can't or won't provide information. You charged me £170 for engineer to come out to me. Speeds have never been what you said they would be. Back in Dec when I spoke with Brandon he said it was £99.99 left to pay. And after paying £170.34 I paid the engineer fees to you it was reduced to £170 .which I have paid in full.so please tell me how I have missed payments .as I have screen shots of the balance coming down each month. You won't provide me with a brake down of all the missed payments.

Account accidentally suspend, they can’t fix it.
Have been on the phone a total of 5
Hours, hung up on 3 times. They confirmed my account was suspended by a mistake on their end and i was transferred to and from several people all claiming it was someone else’s role to reconnect my account, until it was time for them to close. Not a single person was able to tell my why or how to fix it, they have left my 70 year old grandma with mo internet connection, but most importantly her heart monitor is no longer transmitting to hospital to monitor things. I have recorded the calls (they said they don’t allow it) and i will be making it my personal mission to make sure no elderly people get scammed by these guys again. Absolutely awful service, I cannot think of a single time I've had an experience that comes even a fraction as close to how incompetent these people are.
Edit: I have been told twice my account will be reconnected within 24 hours, still not connected. Then the latest lie was that it’s actually 24 business hours, well it’s been 24 business and I’m still not reconnected. I have never missed a payment, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Changed my package and wasn't told of delivery fees and connection fees
Changed my package as I was paying to much ,wasn't told that I would be charged for delivery and set up of new router.

Very disappointed by 'customer service'.
I refer to my 'chat line' exchange on the 28th May. Your operator assured me that
- would send me a transcript of the chat;
- would reply to my query re the fault on the line the following day ie Friday 29th May.
This has not happened and I am without my phone connection. When will this be resolved?

Always ready to listen and help resolve any problems. I have no trouble with them at all and customer service is good.
I recently had cause to write to them and they responded immediately. I now have a new contract saving me £20 a month. Result! Thankyou ITalk.

Further to my complaint about italk why…
Further to my complaint about italk why is it that they can’t find my account to answer queries yet it is the same account that they can find when taking money out to pay for the service.
The first letter I had in this continuing saga was a bill to be paid by 01/01/1970 and my service will stop on 31/12/1969 the company didn’t even exist then so they either have a good clairvoyant who can see into the future if so please tell me the lottery numbers and also ask them where my real account is so they can check that it’s all paid up then we can stop this persecution of older citizens.

Very poor experience - AVOID!
Lovely costumer service team, however said they’d arrange my bill to the correct price after over paying (for 5 months) after checking I’ve still ended it up paying more! Spoke to a guy and Said they’d sort it (not offered a refund either) after 11 phone calls …. Still not sorted. Now have been notified that my bill has gone up by £7! Wouldn’t choose to go with Italk again …. Avoid
