Terrible service
Terrible service; telephone and broadband worked only for a few days. Customer service access appalling; often gave up after waiting 45 minutes on the phone. Italk finally called the mobile when payment was stopped. Customer service people appeared to not be able to answer any questions not on their crib sheet and had no understanding of some of the issues facing disabled people. On a few occasions they put down the phone when account holder's carer tried to resolve the situation. One star given because there is no zero option.

I am absolutely disgusting with this…
I am absolutely disgusting with this company, my 82 year old mother has been without a house phone for nearly five months. I have spent hours on my mobile phone talking to them, they have said they are coming to sort mum's phone out for her at least four times and never turned up or contacted mum to say they weren't coming. They gave us a date for coming this month and said if we weren't in they would fine us, I did laugh. If I could score nil I would of.

Conflicting information given by staff. Train staff properly. For a CustomerCare department showed little customer care with one staff member suggesting you should consider changing supplier!

i agreed to renew my contract on the 29.5.26 wit Rachel for £ 37.99 per month with a set up fee for fibre of £10.00 next bill was for over £45.00 when talking to Bradley on the 18.6.26 he agreed that I was over charged and promised a credit. this month is even higher the bill and no credit. that just one thing that;s gone wrong in the last two months. emailed your compmany on the 22.06.26 still no answer to that email. now arguing with Sienna reference the last bill. you ar just like TALKTALK these day. you used to be far btter than them
