Ho provato ad inseririmi come teacher visto che creo musiche rigeneranti da tempo e modestamente pure profonde a parte il mio ormai famoso soul code che è una cosa che non voi non potete capire, ma dopo due settimane che ho caricato 5 musiche ancora " in approvazione" quanto devo aspettare un decennio? e devo parlare con un bot per sapere qualcosa? è il colmo!! e dopo aver mandato tutto quello che avete chiesot mi rispondete in automatico " le faremo sapere?" ma con chi pensate di parlare? siete zero per me ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SIETE UNA ASSOLUTA DELUSIONE E PERDITA DI TEMPO!!!

I’m a big fan. I’ve been using the app for years for free. It has such a wide selection of meditation, music and talks, plus the timer with lots of sound and interval options. There’s a meditation and teacher for every need, you just may need to spend a little time finding the ones that resonate. I recently subscribed to the paid service to access the content from a specific teacher and found the price reasonable. It has become more commercial over the years, however it still feels like a platform with integrity - not so common these days - and I hope they continue to provide free access for such a massive range of resources.

Too many questions, clicks required. Very frustrating. Can’t get out of a screen without agreeing to something. Canceled in spite of paying.

Unbeatable for personal growth, many resources including a huge community of people, free guided meditations including breath work.

Insight Timer continues to be the best gift to myself. I use it daily and in many ways it has been KEY to my personal growth, expanding my capacity to love myself and heal past trauma. I am happier, more centered, less reactive emotionally and better able to be present- two quotes I have on my mirror are from guided meditation: "Loving myself is always the cure" and "Let go of what was, Accept what is, and have Faith in what will be"
It is important to me that Insight Timer is FREE. I started using it for free back in 2021, but within a month or two, it was clear to me that I wanted to support this valuable app and all who were graciously contributing as guides and teachers. My paid subscription that I renew every year is worth every penny and I have also enjoyed the classes and 3 to 10 day challenges and other offerings that come with a subscription. I have had personal responses from various teachers which have really been wonderful moments of encouragement and further understanding. I am grateful every day that I have Insight Timer and I tell all my friends about it. My sister and brother now use this app, as well as several friends and they all tell me its been a tremendous help to them- whether it was in preparation for surgery, or in dealing with grief and loss, or in settling
a troubled heart or anxiety of mind or helping deal with physical injury and pain or anger issues. I'm a retired Special education teacher and I have noticed there are meditations for moms, for parents and even for children! You name it! Insight Timer has hundreds of topics you can search. This is the BEST app of its nature without question. So easy and simple, the community is filled with persons just like you and me. I have used this app for literally THOUSANDS of minutes and I have ONLY experienced truly authentic materials made by truly authentic beings.
This app starts and ends my day with so much high frequency content I could let it play all day and be the better for it.
I am not able to secure a plus membership at the moment, but it doesn't matter. This is the only app where the free material is just as quality and diverse as the subscribed content.
I have personally spoken to several of 'my' teachers and always I am blessed with their honesty, wisdom and humility. There are no egos here just beings set on the highest path of service and expression of God's, Spirits, Sources, whichever word resonates with you, LOVE.
ANYONE can be a teacher, ANYONE can be a student and EVERYONE is benefitting from INSIGHT TIMER!!!

I loaded this app and was charged without my consent. When I became aware of it almost a year later as I received an email reminder, I was shocked. Never used the app as I didn't have access to anything! When I reached out to Insight Timer they said sorry only within 48 hours...like really...satisfaction guarantee how can someone even know if they like app in 48 hours. In my case it was never used.

Horrible . They used my pay info from apple to auto renew even though I cancelled through apple they used POS transaction to steal the money anyway through an account they setup from the app . I never created an online account with them.

I used to love Insight Timer, there was so much free content. I used it throughout the day for meditation and music and sounds at night.

Unfortunately they have removed free content drastically. Disappointing

Insight Timer has diverse content, rated by users, that helps me explore more meditations, more spiritual courses, and challenge programs. I also use the intention-setting and timer parts of the app. I'm a regular user of the app, with over 1000 days of use. I upgraded to paid use and love it.

Insight Timer has been a game changer for me. There are so many meditations, but so much more! I use it to help focus in my work day (pomodoro audios + others) and I join live group sessions for exercises & movement classes. To unwind at the end of my day I use tracks to help get ready for bed. All free! Donation based. And if you sign up for Plus you get options for courses & journaling. For me is a great price point for the amount that I receive. Can’t recommend it enough.

I have used Insight Timer every day for the past eight years without missing a day. To me, that alone reinforces how important the app is. The immense selection and variety of meditations, teachers and the fact that they are all live human beings make this my go-to source. The greatest aspect of what IT offers is community and the ability to connect with likeminded souls around the world. I’ve directly communicated with and met both fellow meditators and teachers, something that the structure of the app makes possible and easy. I work with combat veterans and always direct them to Insight Timer as a hip pocket source for regulation, clarity and peace.

It has helped me during the most trying times of my life covid, loss of job, children going off to college in different states, loss of loved ones, loss of job, divorce, anxiety and depression.

For a very reasonable fee I have been able to access a wide variety of meditations that have been tremendously helpful with my quality of life. Pretty much anything life has thrown at me, Insight Timer has had something to help me help myself, include grieving, immune system boosting, and being able to maintain focus even during a chaotic day. I started with a 10 day morning challenge, then a 30 day challenge and have been hooked ever since.

I have been on Insight Timer for 8+ years now and I can't imagine life without it frankly! I listen to meditations or meditation music every night to go to sleep as well as the timer every morning for my meditation practice. I love that I can see my progress and the multitude of selections available through the platform.

I had a meditation on this website for some years. I had good reviews and earned a small amount of money. Now Insight timer is refusing to pay me the money I earned for some reason. I removed the meditation as insight timer did nothing to promote my services and I felt it was not getting good exposure on there despite the fact that the people that used the meditation liked it. Insight timer did little, if anything to promote me. Now they keep saying there is some issue in finance department with the money they owe me, but the email is coming from finance department. I have asked many times for the payment and keep getting fobbed off. Don't trust this company if they can cheat the people that trust them to promote them and not give them the dollars they are entitled to.

I don't have any complaints about the app. I enjoyed the content that people posted on it. However, the company has some serious ethical issues (ironic considering it is a personal growth app). I requested that they close my account as a teacher and remove my content. I was told that they would but they didn't. I decided to overlook that. I figured it was an oversight. I recently tried to cancel my paid membership because my husband puchased a family membership. It said it had not record of a credit card on its account and to check with Google Play. There was no record on Google Play either. They made it impossible to cancel my subscription and charged me again. I contacted them and a Bot responded to me. It said it would cancel my subscription but it would not refund me the money. However, I fear that it will happen again. There is either a serious flaw in their system or they are purposely making it hard to close an account. As I was aggravated by the situation, I was again tried to contact the company to have the content I had published removed. They do not make it easy. I am waiting for the Bot to contact me back about it. Be careful dealing with this company.
