Customer experience is always fantastic and the team is always happy to have a chat. Warranty process is straight forward and easy. Overall love the product and will return for more.

Speedy delivery. There was an error with wrong item being sent but was quickly fixed.

Excellent customer service, smooth process from online order, shipping to installation, top quality fitment! Last but not least, love the installation clip on IG.

all the work they did looks great, (ambient lighting painted brake calipers and new headlights) they were very helpful and friendly. very happy with them

The service were amazing as well as the product they provide. I would definitely recommend these guys if anyone ever wanted to upgrade their lights.

It’s been a long time since I dealt with a company willing to go the extra mile in the way that iilumo have. From arranging custom orders, to the after sales support, there are a lot that could learn from iilumo.

Also, their lights are bright. Tanning light bright.

Amazing! Order was accurate and quick! But I did make a mistake and forgot to include 1 thing with my order. I thought iilumo would just join them all together since they are on the same address. But either way, that just shows me that iilumo is not cheap. Definitely trustworthy.

I bought the cosmis+ 9006 LED bulb for my 2012 Subaru wrx and it was the perfect plug and play replacement. Very bright and the easiest installation of my life, Had an easy going and efficient experience with the customer service team as well. Very happy

Super insightful staff with great recommendations for appropriate LED’s for my application. I had to upgrade to iilumo bulbs for my second car!

Went to iilumo a couple of times and every time they where professional, fast and their work is always amazing

Bought full LED Lancer Headlights
When received the reflectors in the headlights were not blacked out as advertised, Once mentioned to iilumo they immediately offered compensation/Refund and before the end of day the advertised photos online were changed to correct reflector colour.

Absolutely one amazing team. From the start, explaining everything all the way to install etc... All very professional and great customer service

Fast shipping, good quality product!

I bought the dynamic indicators because they’re obviously wicked but really I had no idea how to I talk them or what to do having never modified my car before, but I had the whole kit and a YouTube tutorial and it took me like 15 minutes to do it!
Makes the car look so expensive even though it was such a cheap mod

Best of the best customer service, and product quality was a pleasure coming down to the shop. Will 100% be going back for any automotive lighting needs!

Extremely wonderful customer service from all staff and technicians.
Everyone is super helpful and really knows the product that will and would best suit your car, weather it be headlights, tail lights, custom interior, custom day time running lights, Carbon steering wheels, dashcams, Body Kits, the list goes on and on.
The best part about this awesome place is, it's not just car head and tail lights, it's pretty much anything that your heart desires for your super sports machine.
Just speak with Alex or May and they can probably get it for you, as well as install it.
There are a few places in Melbourne that I will now take my car to this is one of them 100%

Great customer service and the quality of the goods are off the charts
