I ordered 2 sweet box for Rakshabandhan I paid for 2 boxes. They never delivered 2 box of sweets and since last 5 days I’m emailing them WhatsApp messaged them but no answer. Nothing delivered yet tomorrow is Rakshabandhan. Not a good customer service or support don’t get anything from them. Really bad experience

Very disappointed. The name on my personalised mug was printed incorrectly, and despite contacting customer service, I received no response or help. Poor product quality and very poor customer service. Not happy with my experience at all.

Very disappointing experience with IGP. The product quality was much poorer than expected, and the overall service was not up to the standard I expected. Customer support was also not helpful in resolving the issue. Definitely not worth the price. I hope IGP takes customer feedback seriously and improves both product quality and service.

Very disappointing experience with IGP. I ordered an Astronaut LED & Meenakari Rakhi Hamper for my family, but received a completely different hamper. The delivery was also 2 days late. I have tried contacting customer support, but even after waiting for hours, I still haven't received any proper solution. Rakhi is tomorrow, and this was something I ordered with a lot of love for my family. Very disappointed with the service and customer support. I won’t recommend any more.

I placed an order for rakhi, which was delayed. Contacted customer care who told its just delayed. Then I got information that order has issues so cannot be completed. I asked for replacement with another set of rakhi and gifts, that was declined. They were giving me money back in IGP wallet valid for 90 days. To put things worse, they told me I will have to create new order and upon my persistence they said they will refund money for old order that was now cancelled by them. 3 days later the old order has started to be tracked and delivered whilst new order was showing as cancelled. I enquired over 7 days via WhatsApp kept repeated my query, no resolution. Meanwhile they also suddenly decided to deliver second order too. When I asked them I have spent double the money when I needed order only one order, they told me sorry for inconvenience but they will not refund anything despite their commitments. I sent them proof (screenshot ) of original commitment. Not only the service is poor but customer service is pathetic. Warning do not use

Very disappointing experience with IGP.

I ordered a birthday gift for someone special and the tracking showed the order as **Delivered**, but the recipient did not receive anything.

This caused unnecessary stress because the gift was time-sensitive and meant to be a birthday surprise. If an order has not actually reached the recipient, it should not be marked as delivered.

I have contacted customer support and am waiting for a proper explanation and resolution.

Subject: Parcel Showing as Delivered but Not Received – Serious Negligence

Dear Customer Support Team,

My parcel status is showing “Delivered”, even though I have not received the parcel at all. Marking a parcel as delivered without actually handing it over is a very serious mistake and completely unacceptable negligence on the company’s part.

I waited for my parcel, but it was never delivered to me, and yet the system has been updated to show it as delivered. This kind of service and irresponsible behavior is absolutely unacceptable for any customer.

I demand that this matter be investigated immediately and that I be clearly informed to whom, where, and at what time my parcel was delivered. If the delivery agent marked the parcel as delivered without actually delivering it, appropriate action should be taken against the concerned person.

If my parcel is not found immediately, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to higher authorities and seek appropriate action against the company for this serious service failure.and driver was so rude with me brother over the phone so please teach some respect to your staff atleast they can have good behaviour with customers

Please do not ignore this matter and provide me with an immediate resolution.

Unacceptable 1-week delivery delay and completely ghosted by support,I am extremely disappointed with IGP. My parcel is now delayed by a full week. It was supposed to be a time-sensitive gift, and the occasion is completely ruined. What is worse is the absolute lack of customer support. I have reached out multiple times via both WhatsApp and email, but I am receiving zero helpful responses or updates. They have taken my money and completely ghosted me. Avoid this platform if you actually want your gifts delivered. I want a tracking update immediately or a full refund back to my original payment source.

Order was to deliver on 22 nd of August 2026 , today is 26th of August and the order is still in transit , I rang to the delivery man , firstly he denied it , and second time he made some excuses and said not to call him again …

Extremely disappointing experience with IGP – completely unreliable for time-sensitive Rakhi orders

I placed two Rakhi orders with IGP for my brothers and bhabhis in Dubai, and unfortunately, both orders have turned into a frustrating experience.

For the first order, I ordered a customised Rakhi with photos of my brother and bhabhi. IGP made a major mistake and used the wrong photo of my brother. Despite raising the issue, I am not getting a proper response regarding a refund or a replacement. Rakhi is on 28 August, so this delay has left me with almost no time to arrange an alternative.

The second order is equally disappointing. IGP specifically asked me to provide a preferred delivery date for Canada delivery, and I selected 27 August because I needed the Rakhis before Rakhi on 28 August. However, their delivery partner is now showing the expected delivery date as 1 September—after Rakhi has already passed!

What is the point of asking customers for a preferred delivery date if it is not going to be honoured?

This is not just an ordinary gift delivery. Rakhi is an important occasion, and timely delivery is the entire purpose of ordering these gifts in advance. I trusted IGP with something important for my family and they have completely failed to deliver on both accuracy and timelines.

The lack of proper customer support and delayed responses has made the situation even worse. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using IGP for time-sensitive occasions. Their service has been extremely disappointing, and I certainly will not be trusting them with important occasion-based orders again.

Very disappointed with the service. My Rakhi order was meant to be delivered in India on 22nd August, and it’s now 26th with the order still showing as Received. Customer service is completely automated, doesn’t understand the enquiry, and despite emailing and submitting enquiries, I’ve had no response. Really poor service, especially for something as time-sensitive as Rakhi.

I placed two orders of approx approximately ₹10,000 however this has not been delivered. I am trying to call and nobody picks up the number and they want to only talk via WhatsApp. Since early morning last 24 hours I have been sending hundreds of messages but there is no single response. It just feels that I have been cheated and they have just taken my money without delivering the required goods. The website shows that the delivery was failed while my family has been at home all the time and no calls have been received for delivery. My order numbers are 19450460 and 19450390. This is a very poor experience and definitely a cheat website

I did 2 orders,
1 got delivered with the correct item. The other order the wrong items were delivered or it was substituted with inferior items. How can a candy bracelet be a reasonable replacement for a pearl rakhi.
The customer service was reply to me in 24 hours and it is now 48 hours plus.
No reply to any of the numerous email or messages sent.
I would not use this company again

Its a fraud. Very bad experience. They connect with wrong seller and rider. I paid Rs. 25/- extra to deli er on the same day and the whole day passed. I am still waiting for the gift to be delivered at the address. I will never orded any item from this site and strongly recommend all other people to not use it.

This company delivered so fast with everything I asked for and made my daughter's birthday an unforgettable one . Thanks to their customer service too they are everything ready to listen to everything I said

I wouldnt even give them any stars!!
They have sent me over 50 emails to say my order has been dispatched but not actually been delivered!

I requested my goods to be delivered on a specific day and they said out the order the next day of me ordering.

The perishable items were not fresh and stale!

The delivery price is a joke.

On one order, i attempted to cancel the order right after ordering however was told im not allowed a refund because its always beeb processed. Dont know how something can be processed in one minute. Only to then receive an email days later to say its now being processed. They wanted to give a store credit as oppose to a refund. Totally against their own refund policy.

Support team do not acknowledge emails or respond. When they do respond, they just have you stuck on loop and no progress to be made.

This company has been disgusting!

Ive taken this up with my credit card company as they are in breach of their own policies.

I ordered a bamboo indoor plant for gifting someone. Product selected was a golden vase and plant. However when the order was delivered it was a plastic transparent vase.

When I requested to change the product. Company's execute initially made me wait gor almost 2 hours and then upon followup gave me a voucher of 20% of the amount i booked.

I insisted stating, i donot want any discount of voucher just take the delivered product back and givr my rightful product.

But they kept saying the same thing take 20% and close the conversation
