Very disappointing experience with IGP.

Ordered Rakhi hampers, but multiple paid items were missing from the delivery. I immediately contacted IGP and provided all requested photos, yet the resolution has been unnecessarily delayed with repeated questions and no timely action.

The fault was with IGP’s fulfilment, but the customer is being made to suffer and repeatedly follow up for items already paid for. I am still being asked for more proof for 5 days.

For a time-sensitive festival order, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Think twice before relying on IGP for important or time-sensitive gifts.

I would give them 0 star for their service. The order has not been delivered bug they are saying delivered and providing false proof of delivery, recommend everyone not to waste money on their website to order.

@IGP I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My order was delivered with an item missing, and despite multiple emails and follow-ups, your customer support has not provided any response or solution.

I have been repeatedly trying to contact your team, but my complaint is simply being ignored.

@IGP Please look into my complaint urgently and either deliver the missing item or provide a full refund. I don't want 20 or 10 percent of my product because only missing item worth os 500 rs and rest will come under 200 rs.

If I continue to receive no response, I will escalate this matter across Facebook, Instagram, X and other platforms and share my complete experience.

Ordered for the first time . Prepaid order 19431104 done on 21 at August of Rakhi , was to be Delivered on 24 th August . tracking status shows no progress since last 3days and showing ready to pick still. No updates. Useless whatsapp chats and no whereabouts of my order. Very frustrating and disappointing .

My experience is really bad with igp, they delivered wrong product and refused to return it either, just gave me 20 percent wallet credit. They wasted my money and ruined my festival, don't ever consider Thier site to order anything.

Lousy service. Did not receive order. Unable to contact. No refund or cancellation possible. They don't respond on WhatsApp or email. Do not order from them. 19526092 is order number.
Finally got a refund by end Aug. Will not risk an occasion with them anyways.

Customer service is pathetic. No proper response. Simply eager to close the chat. No option for calling as well. Simply forwards to a voice mail.

Absolutely the worst gifting experience ever. IGP completely ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion. The delivery was not as promised, the service was extremely disappointing, and getting a proper response from customer support was almost impossible.

For a company dealing with important occasions, this level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from IGP. Completely lost my trust in this company. 0/10. (trustpilot.com)

no one is there to resolve the issues. entire Customer service rep is useless.
if it were for me i would have not even given even a single star.

So many, so many Customer Service Reps have given me false information on my order. They have messed up my order.
1. they dont read your order delivery schedule
2. they dont read your emails
3. they just write what they want (false information)
4. no one replies on whats app
5. no one calls back despite promising a call back several times
6. your orders are no where.

They have not been able to track my order. It has been almost a week now. This was a time sensitive delivery for Raksha Bandhan and I do not even know if they will deliver or should I order from somewhere else .

Very disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. If you cannot deliver gifts on time, why offer the service in the first place?
I ordered a Rakhi from the UK to be delivered to my brother in India. Their courier partner failed to find the address three times. I rescheduled the delivery each time, but they still could not locate the house.
The location is very easy to find, and I provided two phone numbers with the order. If the driver was having difficulty finding the address, they could have simply called either number. Instead, no one called, and I received an email saying they could not find the address.
I also contacted the company through their WhatsApp number, but I received no response.
This has been a very disappointing experience, especially because the Rakhi was a time-sensitive gift for my brother. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using this company for important deliveries.😔

Order #19364603 delivery in Canada. Price charged $150 for 500g cake and flower bouquet. Dirt cheap price products delivered of cost cake $9. Bought from some cheap grocery store. Wilted colorless flowers were delivered. Order status never updated. For birthday cake delivery was made at 9pm. The delivery window given was 6am-10pm. Cake was extremely bad testing. Requesting for refund for such awful service and teams just keep of forwarding requests from one to another. Very unreliable, excruciatingly price, highly suspicious, zero integrity, no customer support and care, disgusting products. Do not spend your money and sentiments by choosing this service to send gifts for your loved once.

My order never was delivered. Customer support is non existent. WhatsApp customer number send automated same message repeatedly. Stole my money. No response to my email either

Very disappointed ..last few orders from igp were all faded flowers with brownish spots ..how can you you carry such flowers for important occasions

They literally do not have decency to even respond to complaints for their failed deliveries
The company ruined my birthday experience.
Even on a preordered cake which i did 8 days back , i did not get the delivery on the special day
And above all that they do not even provide a customer care number , they do not respond to emails, they simply have a bot doing all the chat with the customer. Literally the worst company i have ever seen.
I would personally recommend everyone never to use the app or the website.

3. Surprisingly in sweet - Small size of Sohan Papri + One small bottle Without label (Contents unknown - No batch - no expiry - no date of mfg - no ingredients - NOTHING - WITHOUT LABEL + Small pkt of cookies + 90% of basket covered with waste paper
Very POOR EXPERIENCE - WILL NOT RECOMMEND in future
