If giving 0 star was possible I would have given that. I received a damaged cake and igp customer care is not worried to respond. They spoiled my rakshabandhan celebration. The worst website and worst services ever

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.

We ordered a bunch of flowers from IGP for my aunt’s birthday and were promised delivery at a specific time. The delivery was not made as promised. Later, we were informed that the flowers we had ordered were unavailable and were asked to accept a different arrangement.

Even after agreeing to the alternative, the order was still not delivered. It has now been two days, and the order remains undelivered. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially for a birthday order.

This is not the level of service one expects from a reputed gifting company. Very poor coordination, unreliable delivery, and extremely unprofessional handling of the order. I would strongly think twice before ordering from IGP again.

I placed an order for Rakhi on August 25th. Company promised to deliver within 24 hours. When I checked the status it says cancelled. There's no one to talk to on WhatsApp. I'm from Canada.

Third class service. No customer support no assistance when you call the store they block your number

We had very bad experience on Rakhi delivery. Sweets are not delivered and no response from customer care. It seems it's fraud company.

IGP Ruined My Daughter’s Raksha Bandhan

I placed the order on 23 August because IGP clearly stated that it would be delivered by 26 August. Raksha Bandhan is on 28 August, so there was enough time—otherwise, I would never have ordered from them.

Today is Raksha Bandhan, and the order has still not been delivered. What makes it worse is that it is almost impossible to contact their customer service or get a proper update.

This was not just a normal parcel—it was meant for a special family occasion. IGP’s false delivery commitment and complete lack of customer support spoiled my daughter’s Raksha Bandhan.

Extremely disappointing and unreliable service. I would not recommend IGP for any time-sensitive or special occasion.

Item was not delivered at all .It was for more than 2000 rs.I should have read the reviews. The customer support is pathetic

Ordered well in advance. Still didn't arrive.

Order placed and dispatched 18 Aug 2026. IGP's own tracking page showed a scheduled delivery of 21 Aug. It is now 27 Aug — six days past their own committed date — and the order still hasn't been delivered.

When I wrote in, the reply told me delivery dates "remain tentative" and that they were monitoring the shipment. But the date wasn't tentative; it was the date IGP set and displayed to me when I ordered. Two follow-up emails since then have gone completely unanswered.

No revised date. No courier update. No replacement offered. No refund offered. Just silence.

The problem isn't that a courier ran late — that happens. The problem is that IGP treats its own scheduled date as non-binding and stops replying once you ask for an actual resolution. If you're ordering for an occasion, factor that in.

Ordered a bouquet for my friend's Marriage Anniversary, paid extra for same day delivery, selected the time slot, was to arrive by 9pm... Wasn't delivered at all.

IGP is fraud. Dont work with them. Its an online scamming company. They over charged me for a delievry to Germany (like charged 3 times more to send my festival parcel on a date) they did not send on the date at all. The tracking showed parcel had not even left India and after 8 days of follow up they kept sending random emails saying its on the way but kept showing same tracking. They sent am email saying the receiver now needs to go personally to DHL office or call and make separate arrangements for pick up locally and no tracking detials or number or person provided just said google search a dhl and go there and insisted that the parcel has reached Germany DHL however tracking still showed it stuck in India. I wanted to send rakhi to my brother but instead this turned into nightmare. They are frauds they took my money, did not deliver my parcel, and are not returning my money either. As a customer I have been cheated by this fraud company. Save yourself from their scams. AND NOW THEY KEEP SENDING REPLY HERE AND OTHER BUSINESS REVIEW BOARDS SAYING THEY SENT AN EMAIL WITH RESOLUTION WHEREAS THEY SEND NOTHING EVER, HAVE EATEN UP THE MONEY AND ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER.

Order never delivered – Zero customer support
I placed an order with IGP for a specific delivery date, but the item was never delivered. Missing a time-sensitive occasion is incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, their customer service has been completely unresponsive, leaving me with no update and no refund. Save your money and stress—do not use this service if you actually want your gifts to arrive.

Absolutely terrible experience with IGP. Paid extra for same-day delivery and they still failed to deliver. I was awake until nearly 3 AM in Australia, making international calls and wasting my time chasing them.

Worst service. Complete waste of time and money. Never using IGP again and would strongly recommend others avoid them.

I paid extra for their express same‑day delivery service to send a Rakhi, and not only did it never arrive, the order is falsely marked as “delivered.” Their customer service is an absolute joke — you’re forced to deal with a useless bot that keeps repeating generic responses, and there’s no way to reach a real human being to fix anything. This platform has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away. A complete waste of money, emotions, and time.

(An update on this, I reached out to their CEo on LinkedIn and he took immediate action to solve this - commendable leadership ! - so increased my stars to the review)They took my money for a same day delivery (around INR 8k) and did not Delievry the flowers, next day the estimated arrival time disappeared and the order was not even prepared as per the app. After multiple follow ups with their WhatsApp BOt ( cause they have no number to call on to speak to an actual person) I was told that my order will not be delivered and I can get a refund to IGP wallet … I do not want to ever use them again so why would I want an IGp wallet refund. Now I am trying to get a hold of someone ( emails / bots) so they actually refund me on my card … DO NOT USE THEM, they are no less than a scam

Very disappointing experience with this Rakhi hamper. Three Rakhis were missing from the delivered hamper, despite all the products being advertised and shown on the website.

When I contacted customer support, I was offered only a ₹200 refund for all three missing Rakhis, even though the individual products were displayed at considerably higher prices on their page. I declined the refund and requested that the missing items simply be delivered so that I could receive what I had actually ordered and paid for.

Unfortunately, there was no response. I contacted customer support again and specifically requested delivery of the three missing Rakhis, but still received no response.

The poor customer service and lack of accountability are extremely disappointing. If products are advertised as part of a hamper, customers should receive the complete order as displayed and promised.

I ordered a Rakhi on 24 August for delivery in West Delhi, but it still hasn’t arrived. The vendor provides a WhatsApp number, yet they rarely respond or take calls. They keep saying they will check with the delivery agent, and I only receive messages during Indian Standard Time. There has been no proper response regarding my messages or the refund process.

Wish I could rate negative. My order number 19481955 has been partially delivered and on top of that, their team is not agreeing. And not refunding my money.
Never ever buy from this website.

Always deayed and non existing customer service. I will not do business with them again. Delivery status stuck on preparing for last 3 days and delivery was supposed to be yesterday. No response for email support and their preferred whatsapp support does not process status of orders.
