Rear vision mirror had fallen off and was under new car warranty Hyundai Werribee refused to fix this and made us take the car to Melton Hyundai who we purchased the car from for repairs so basically Hyundai Werribee put a car back on the road un-roadworthy

Well I am totally disgusted with Hyundai's after sales service, look at my history.

And you wonder why I no longer trusted Hyundai to service my new car after the absolute shamozzle I have had up until recently. From both the dealerships in Springwood & also Lutwyche.

Today I have just had my first & only breakdown & because I got my vehicle serviced through a more competent 3rd party service centre, the last time, they now have dishonored their breakdown service, Like, If I had known this was going to happen I would never have purchased this car in the first place?

After the 48month/60 000km service, to our Hyundai Santa Fe 30 year special edition, we had a serious petrol leak, requiring the attendance of the fire brigade, a professional fuel recovery service, & tow. The garage where it was repaired, said it was the result of a part being installed upside down. This negligence could have caused a fire, on the M1 freeway & the death of our family, including our 1year old granddaughter who would have been in a reverse seat constraint right above the leak, & in fact caused us considerable stress, & inconvenience, as the leak occurred after filling with petrol when we were 150km from home, on the way to the airport to pick up our son & family, who flew over for a weeks holiday, which was ruined as we were without our car for 4 days of the week . Both Hyundai Customer Care Service & Sunco Hyundai, where we bought the car & had it serviced, have not responded to our direct complaint or shown any concern, let alone repaid our out of pocket expenses. The fuel recovery professional stated this was not the first time he had been called out to Hyundai cars with similar problems after a service. They are not the least bit concerned they could of caused our deaths, or that had we died someone could be charged with criminal negligence. An extremely disappointing response. I would never recommend Hyundai as they have no after care service.

Such a shame. We are a growing company with 2 Hyundai Imax vans. And we’ll need more soon. One of them had an engine seizure at just after 5 years, and only 120,000 on the clock.
Hyundai Australia refuse to even help. What a shame. I suppose we’d better move to a company more likely to help, Toyota perhaps.

I have been driving Hyundai vehicles for 5 years and after being in an accident with my Elantra the safety features of the vehicle is second to none. I got hit from behind by a toyoto ute with a bulbar I was able to drive my car away, the ute ended up with the bulbar in the engine and was towed. Was even still able to open and close the boot afterwards. I have now upgraded to a Tucson and am looking forward to a safe future. Also the service from Jordi & Sarah Jane was fantastic and look forward to picking up my new car.

Don't keep promises, not customer focused, lure customer to trap
