This business is fantastic

This business is fantastic! Ordered food for my dog and it was delivered within 48 hours of pressing the order button. My dog is on a digestive support diet and I can get exactly what she needs and have it delivered to my front door promptly. Thank you ☺️

Easy to use website

I find the website easy to navigate.
As a returning customer check out if fast too.
I can clearly see information on medication products to assist my choices.
The delivery is also quick.

Order did not arrive

Order did not arrive. Royal Mail claim there was no one here to accept delivery on 10.7.26. I was here all day and my cameras confirm no attempt at delivery was made to my property. No card was left at my property, I have tried to arrange a re-delivery for 14.7.26 but was difficult with no card. Hoping it arrives tomorrow. Disappointed so far.

Cool, in every way.

Ordering was easy, over the phone, or through the website. Delivery was very speedy. Had to have drugs delivered in coolbag. Arrived in perfect condition and absolutely cool as a cucumber. Great service.

Brilliant service. Competitive prices

I order insulin for my diabetic dog, it comes extremely well wrapped and insulated and even in the heatwave it was still cool on arrival. Brilliant service almost by return. Prices are competitive too. Only thing is I wish they would automatically email the invoice. I have to ask for it every time. They do send a note with the package but my insurance company won’t accept that as an invoice, maybe other companies do.
